Libby was wearing floral high waisted shorts and a white heart neck line coset.And he hair was as usual. We walked downstairs I could feel Justin's eyes on me. I blushed. What the crap just happened. Why does he have an effect on me? She just had that smirk again. I have a feeling my brother saw cause he glared at me.
