Chapter 3 A usual Monday at school

I woke up the next morning to the sound of my phone alarm telling me it was time to get ready for school.

I rolled out of bed and vaguely heard Summer rolling out of bed to.

I walked to my wardrobe and opened it and picked out an outfit.

I picked out a red top with the number 98 on it and some blue shorts that just covered my but, along with a braclet and red volley shoes.

this was one of the outfits I bought while at the shops yesterday.

I swapped my clothes over from my night wear into my day wear and then walked over to my mirror and chest of draws.

I tied my hair up in a high ponytail to keep it out the way while I was at school.

I then walked out my room and saw my sister coming down the hallway, looking gorgeous as normal for school.

"Morning Sapph" My sister greeted me and using my nickname too.

"Morning"

"Another boring day at school" I commented as we continued to walk down the hallway.

"You're telling me, at least you down have Snotlout jr running after down the halls trying to impress you" My sister said referring to a friend of our father's son.

"This is true but don't worry I hate him to" I replied as we walked down the stairs.

We got to the bottom of the stairs and remembered that mom was still asleep upstairs so we had to be really quiet not to wake her.

I walked to the fridge and fetched the milk to make a cup of tea for both myself and Summer.

"Don't worry if he annoys me today I'll just teach him a lesson" My sister added smugly.

I turned to faced her, cracking a smile on my face.

"Um Sum incase you forgot you are wearing heels" I said reminding her she was wearing really high heels.

"Um Sapph, number 1 incase you forgot I'm am the queen of walking in heels and 2 these are wedges not heels" She retorted.

I just rolled my eyes while laughing at her come back, how am I related to her?

I turned back around and walked over to get two tea cups out the cupboard before walking back over to the boiled kettle and pouring the hot water into the two cups.

I turned back around to my sister and placed her cup of tea in front of her before taking a sip from my own.

"When do you think Dad's gonna be back?" Summer asked and I shrugged my shoulders.

"I'm not sure soon hopefully because I hate it when he goes away, we don't even get to call him" I replied sighing.

We soon finished our tea and quietly headed back upstairs to grab our school things. I had to just put my Macbook in my bag and grab my phone.

I headed back down stair to wait for Summer while she finished getting her stuff.

"Ready?" I heard her ask as she came down the stairs with all her school stuff

I nodded answering her question just as a beep of the bus horn was heard from just outside.

We rushed out the door and towards the bus. We hopped in and saw Luna throw her arms up gesturing for us to come sit with her.

We rushed to the set of seats in front of her while turning to face her.
