"What are you guys packing?" Hyunjin said, zipping her makeup bag shut and putting it into her luggage.
Her, Chaewon and Hyejoo are currently on a group voice call to ask each other who's packing what.
"How many sets of clothes am I suppose to pack?" Chaewon asked.
"Zero, babe." Hyejoo said with a laugh. "Why would you need clothes if we are going to stay in the same room?"
Hyunjin nearly wanted to hurl after hearing Hyejoo's weak, maybe not so weak, attempt at flirting.
"I'm serious, Joo."
"Guys, I'm still here y'know." Hyunjin cleared her throat.
"Sorry Hyun." Hyejoo said softly.
"Anyways, I'm packing summer outfits, like dresses and crop tops. We're staying there till november, right? I'm gonna pack a coat too, I think. I also got about three packets of disposable underwear." Hyunjin said, folding a few skirts and gently placing it into her luggage.
Chaewon coughed. "Why disposable undies though?"
"So my luggage won't be so heavy and I would have extra space when we get back. I might want to buy more underwear though."
"Guys! Will toiletries be provided or nah?" Asked Hyejoo.
"Um... I don't think so, babe. Just pack the stuff needed just in case."
"Okay. Thanks, baby."

The class was already in front of the departure hall, doing a quick headcount to see if anyone is missing.
"Ma'am," Chaewon raised her hand and jumped, since she was short and standing towards the back. "Hyejoo is not here yet. She texted and said that she's on her way."
The teacher in charge, Ms Choi, glanced at her wristwatch and fumed, "Tell her to hurry up, we need to check in 1 hour before the flight."
"Teach'!" Someone shouted from across the place. "I'm here!"
Hyejoo was seen struggling to pull her luggages with her. She has one handheld luggage in hand, carrying a soon-to-burst backpack and trying to pull two other large luggages behind her.
"Babe!" Chaewon shrieked, appalled at the number of bags Hyejoo brought along with her. "Why did you pack so much?" She proceeded to take the handheld suitcase from her, easing her girlfriend's burden.
"Thanks, baby. I was scared that I might have underpacked. So I brought extras in case." She panted, clearly exhausted from lugging her bags along with her.
"It's fine, even if you forgot anything, we can easily buy it from the stores there in the UK."
"Touche. Well, at least I don't need to spend money on clothes." Hyejoo chuckled.
Looking away from the couple, Hyunjin gripped her passport tighter. She has mixed feelings about this trip. On one hand, she desperately wants to see Heejin. But yet again, did something happen on Heejin's side? They weren't even in an official relationship. Now that she thinks about it, that day at the airport when she confessed her feelings to Heejin and kissed her... Heejin just kissed back, she didn't say "I love you too." or something like that. It felt off.
"Hey Hyunjin, you okay?" Someone said from beside her.
"Hey Jaehwan... yeah I'm fine." Being the top scorer of their school two years ago during their finals, Jaehwan made it into the psychology course at Yeondu University.
However, Jaehwan knew she was lying. He noticed the way Hyunjin's knuckles turned white from gripping onto her passport and the way her pupils dilated while looking around.
"You excited to see Heejin?" He asked.
Hyunjin nearly wanted to groan but not out loud, of course. That would just be rude to both Jaehwan and Heejin. She loves Heejin, but what is this feeling of uneasiness bubbling in her stomach?
She forced a smile. "Yeah."
"Or are you feeling nervous for the flight?"
She bit her bottom lip. "I guess so."

After touching down in England, Hyunjin breathed in and inhaled the fresh smell of the foreign country. Apparently despite being in a relatively above average university, Yeondu couldn't pay for a decent flight for the students. They sat in a budget airplane, the kinds that don't serve you food and if you want anything, you'd have to pay for it. Throughout the flight, Hyunjin was controlling herself to not puke. The bumpy flight made her stomach twist and turn as the nausea clawed at her throat.
Not to mention, the man sitting next to her reeked of body odour. The 12-hour flight was spent gagging and trying to not let the smell get to her.
"Here, I got some medicine for you." Jaehwan fished out a packet of pills from his Fila waist bag for her.
Hyunjin took a pill and gulped it down with water that Jaehwan gave her. "Thanks, Jae."
As they were walking out of the arrival hall, the Year 2s spotted a woman and a man holding a sign that wrote: "Yeondu University students, welcome to England!"
Ms Choi shook hands with the woman, who is presumably the principal of Oxford university, the school that they were going as part of their exchange program.
The students were ushered onto a rented bus as the Oxford principal was talking about the history of their school and whatnot.
Jaehwan was Hyunjin's bus buddy, since both of them don't have anyone to sit with.
"Wanna listen to some music?" He offered one side of his earpiece to her.
Hyunjin politely declined him, "I want to get some rest." She leaned her head against the window and closed her eyes, wanting to get the sleep that she didn't get on the plane.
Ms Choi told the students that the plan was to bring them to the campus dorms to let them unpack in their respective rooms, after that they are allowed to go sightseeing and do whatever they want for the rest of the day.
Making herself comfortable, Hyunjin pressed her backpack to her chest as a makeshift cushion/pillow for her to snuggle with.
She felt Jaehwan's head falling on top of hers. He must've fallen asleep already.
This one hour journey will be a long ride.
A/N: ok this is slightly longer than the prev chaps HAHAHAH && i wonder where heejin is 🤔🤔
