chapter 12

*Kaitlin's POV

I woke up to my alarm going off I was going on a run this morning whilst Holly went to her meeting she should have already left by now

I grabbed my phone to see so many notifications I opened them to see I was trending on twitter and not for a good thing people had took snippets from my dance and put it in slow motion to see where some of my body had a bit more chunk and it moved, they zoomed in on my back roll in my last Instagram post 

It didn't stop there yes they were fat shaming me calling me ugly but now I had message up on message of people telling me to go and kill myself and if I didn't they would do it for me and I don't have a clue what could possibly be going through my brain to even consider I was good enough for Zach 

I threw my phone at the wall, the screen shattered I fell back onto my bed and cried my eyes out for so long I heard Holly's car pull up.

I quickly gathered all of my phone bits and shoved it in my bedside table I then jumped into bed and pretended to be asleep 

Holly: hey 

I felt her sit down beside me and began gently waking me up 

Holly: have you been crying 

Kaitlin: don't tell me my eyes are puffy 

Holly: they are

Kaitlin: shit I used these new eye drops that got sent to me yesterday 

Holly: oh shit do you want me to get you anything like ice

Kaitlin: no they don't seem to hurt I hope they just die down anyway it is your big day today your posting your single 

Holly: yeah the boy's are coming over for it 

Kaitlin: I don't think I will be able to come down for to long I really don't feel to well I'm sorry for ruining your big day 

Holly: hey your not ruining it go take a shower and jump straight back into bed hopefully your eyes swell down they are so puffy 

Kaitlin: alright 

Holly: want something to eat 

Kaitlin: maybe later 

Holly: alright just let me know I need to do a bit of tidying down the stairs

Kaitlin: alright 

Holly left my room, I got out my yoga mat I began doing so many sit ups until I got a knock on my door

Holly: hey I brought you a tea why did you lock the door 

Kaitlin: oh sorry I was painting one of the shoes and I umm want it to be a surprise

Holly: alright I'll put it on the floor so you can get it when your done

Kaitlin: thank you 

Holly: it is ok 

I put my mat away I unlocked my door and got the tea, I put it on my bedside table I then turned my shower on and took my clothes off and jumped in 

I washed my hair and body and ended up crying again, I sat on my shower floor and put my head on my knees.

I don't get what I did to deserve this me and Zach aren't even a thing and I'm getting death threats am I actually going to be killed if we did become a thing

I jumped out the shower and dried my hair as much as I could and stuck it in a messy bun, I dried my body and got changed into a baggy outfit to hide my body which I was now ashamed off
