I yelled to no one in particular ohh my godd habibyyy I made a terrible mistake I said crying I need to find hanan i said already making my way outside I spotted her inside her car HANAN !! I yelled immediately she saw me she gave me a disgusting look and drove away in her car I collapsed on the floor crying what have I done?! I asked myself how could I accuse her of something soo cheap and disgusting we've been bestfriends for more than ten years how ?! How could I utter such rubbish with my mouth I am soo disappointed in my self I need fix this but I don't even have the energy to stand up my head is aching so bad from all the crying on top of it my stomach is paining me real bad condone mp why now I hissed out of pain Maryam?! Immediately Maryam closed her eyes I felt my whole world crashing down astagfirulllah I thought she died but I later realised she fainted i immediately carried her bridal style to my car I called her friend and told her what happened she said she will apologise to all the guests and thank them for coming he thanked her and cut the call he called hanan she wasn't reachable he called maryam's family members same thing he couldn't reach them strange he thought I hope everything is alright he prayed to God he arrived at the hospital and they quickly wheeled her away (yes I know you guys must be thinking she just fainted they could just sprinkle water on her face but bash tried that it didn't work please don't get confused🌚🥂) I am really worried about her today was suppose to be a memorable day for us but it's turned to the worst day of my life after a while Maryam was still unconscious but everything is now alright I am heading towards the doctor's office he asked to see one of her family member but I still can't reach them Good evenin doctor I greeted him evening he answered are you her brother ? He asked no I am her fiancée I can't reach any of her family members I informed him okay I hope all is well he said so what happened to her before you brought her here ?? He asked I met her crying because her friend...... and I told him everything and she was complaining of a headache and stomach pains hmm he kept quite for a while I am sorry to say she has stage 1 of brain cancer as for the stomach pain it was severe menstrual pain.
