It's been exactly 8 hours 30 minutes 40 seconds since Maryam has been admitted I called Amira and told her Hanan has also been admitted she couldn't stop crying things are really hectic over here Maryam's mum woke up an hour ago she couldn't stop crying when I told her Maryam has cancer we are still waiting for the doctors to come out of the theatre room and tell us how hanan is doing I haven't left the hospital hanan was admitted since Amira is there we are waiting for the doctors so we can all go back to see Maryam I really want to go right now but her dad said we should wait and all go together and finally the doctor and the nurses came out of the theatre room hanan's parents rushed towards them doctor doctor please tell me how is my daughter doing hanan's mum said crying she is stable Alhamdulilah you can see her agree they move her to her room she needs a lot of rest because she hit her head hard and she has lost a lot of blood and she needs to eat well also take good of her Alhamdulilah Alhamdulilah Alhamdulilah we kept saying thank you soo much doctor no problem it's my job he smiled and left toh Alhaji we are going to see Maryam now Maryam's dad said to Hanan's dad toh shikenan mun Gode sosai Sai mun zo(okayyy thank you soo much till we come ) toh shikenan (okayyy) I wish her a quick recovery Maryam's dad said and we left ohh Maryam mi amor I hope you will be alright I thought....

After about 30 minutes we arrived at Rouz hospital we rushed inside and right on time we saw Amira talking to the doctor Maryam's mum literally ran to where the doctor is doctor how is my daughter she said eagerly waiting to hear her condition calm down ma'am she is awake you guys can go and see her she has been crying asking for hanan you guys can go and see her he said referring to me Amira and Maryam's sister her other sister isn't in  the country I need to speak with her parents please follow me to my office the doctor said to Maryam's mum and dad....

Me, Ummita (Maryam's Sister) and Amira headed towards Maryam's room immediately we entered we found her sleeping she looked so peaceful but tears stained her Cheeks my poor baby I thought she still looked as beautiful as ever she didn't look like a cancer patient her sister and Amira sat close to her on the chairs crying I was crying internally I need to be strong since she's sleeping how about we bring some food when she wakes up she can eat and take her medicines I suggested yess Bashir how about you take me home and I cook something for her real quick Ummita said I glared at her and agreed for Maryam if you're wondering why I am glaring at maryam's sister well let me enlighten you!

We were coming out of the hospital Hanan was admitted when their dad said bashir please allow Ummita to follow you in your car I need to talk to my wife about something private in the car okay baba I said let's go I said to Ummita we drove out of the hospital and Ummita started talking babeee I ignored her thinking she's talking to one of her boyfriend's Bashir baby!! She yelled I immediately looked her way and stopped the car what did you just call me ?! I snapped I called you babe you got a problem with that she said rolling her eyes Ummita I really don't know what you ate today but are you sure you aren't sick I asked irritated i'm not sick bashir and you know it's good Maryam now has cancer she should just die soon so you can finally be mine and we will live a happy life wow bravo!! I clapped my hands I never thought you were a stupid person and mind you don't you ever say anything like that about Maryam again in your life or I promise you by Allah you will regret it I narrowed my eyes at her she gulped and kept quiet good! I said now litsen to me very carefully Maryam is your sister for Allah's sake what the hell got into you  are —- she cut me off don't you dare call that trash my sister Keh ni ba tsaran wasan ki bane( you this girl ! I am not your mate) don't  you dare interrupt me when I am talking I hate that so shut it and allow me to finish wallahi tallahi don't try me i said impatiently she looked down and kept quiet I smirked now I continued I don't know what happened to you but just know this I only love Maryam and will forever love her only her and Insha Allah we will pass this test together me and her and get married Insha Allah so get that in your thick skull I hope I am clear ?! I asked she just rolled her eyes and continued using her phone Ummita !! I yelled I am only respecting you currently because you are Maryam's sister and I am losing that respect am i clear ?!!! I asked again mstww abegg start driving joorh before mama and baba start calling us Ummita I said am I clear I said in a low dangerous voice my eyes red from anger she looked terrified y...yes she stuttered I gave her one last cold look before driving to the hospital

Yes ya bashir she will need food when she wakes up Amira said lets go I said to Ummita not waiting for her I walked outside and got in the car she got inside the car and hissed and wiped her tears mstww thank god I suggested that I was tired of fake crying I should have just kept quiet and didn't waste my tears she said rolling her eyes and don't you think I was scared of you when we were coming to the hospital you don't scare me you just reminded me of some one from my past so bashir get ready because I promise I will separate you and Maryam even if I have to kill her she said confidently I smirked I will like to see you try challenge accepted I said to her we shall see who will have the last laugh she said and kept quiet I drove silently to Maryam's house I really hope Ummita didn't mean what she said about killing Maryam I know she can do that I don't know what happened to that girl that whenever I come she can't even look at me in the eye she was a respectful person always greeting me ina wuni ya bashir or was it all fake I thought we arrived and she was about to enter the kitchen when I stopped her no way you are cooking for her I don't trust you I said to her Warrever she said rolling her eyes I am going to sleep don't wake me up I am not going back to that hospital I am tired she said mstww why are you telling me what is my business if you like sleep till you die I said and left I cooked her favourites potatoes and chicken stir fry , chicken salad with mango shake and for dessert chocolate lava cake I was finally done I packed everything and drove to the hospital to see Maryam...
