To answer your first question, you noticed that the robot crushed your legs, and when you escaped your legs pushed your blood at a very fast speed. Normally if something like that were to happen a normal person blood flow they would die from heart failure-

No! Since your completely made of rubber your organs can take the strain, and the way it makes you faster is by increasing your metabolism and essentially mimic the effects of doping only on a much MUCH greater scale

That is the result of your haki infused arm catching fire from the speed of your punch caused by the friction

Inko pulled out a two-piece costume that consisted of surplus military cargo pants that Inko had modified by turning them into combat shorts with decent sized cargo pockets to store medical supplies and she decided to dye them black. Next was the green tactical vest that was bulletproof(Izuku doesn't know the extent of his rubber body)
