Riverdale is a small town, it may look like the American dream, but if you look closer, is far from that thought. Riverdale has a civil war always happening, between the North and Southside. The North siders are the rich, wealthy families, anything they ask for they get it, they have families that love them. The South siders are the complete opposite, poor and some can barely afford food in their mouths as the only good jobs to have are on the Northside, and the South siders can never get a job on the wrong side. The North Siders address the others as scumbags, that they deserve to be killed. They hate the South siders. The South Siders just try to survive, yes they hate the North siders and will kill them if they step out of line.

The Southside Serpents, is a gang on the Southside, they protect their side with everything they've got, especially against. The Bulldogs, a football team on the Northside that are Serpent enemy number one, they own the Northside they say, and they own Riverdale High, a high school that has everything you need. The Bulldogs and The Serpents fight everyday of the week, the Riverdale's register writes stories, manly about blaming The Serpent for anything that happened on the Northside, even though it wasn't, but hey, you gotta blame someone right?. A lot of rivalry, so you could of guessed how Jughead felt when he heard the words. "Your Aunty, Ms Cooper is willingly to foster care you as your dad hasn't been here for 6 months and we're afraid he might not come back, and yes that means you will have to transfer schools" Jughead was angry, "no! I'm not going to Riverdale High, they can get fucked-".
"Excuse me?" The lady questioned, Jughead scolded and sat back in his seat, crossing his arms as he listened to the lady. "So pack a bag and we'll drop you off to your new home" The raven haired boy groaned and walked to his room in the trailer and threw clothes, his laptop, a few other pieces and zipped it up. He grabbed his Serpent jacket and slipped it on. The lady didn't like that Jughead wore it, but it his skin, he's not taking it off, even if they force him to.

Jughead Jones. He is a kid that was raised on the wrong side of the tracks, his only family was the Serpents and at the age of 17 is the Serpent King, running a gang on his own. He doesn't like fitting in, but everyone in the Southside respect and care for Jughead as they recall many times he's saved people from people trying to hurt them. He always wears a beanie that his dad gave him, just a piece of him that is always there. He likes to write articles and stories, it relaxes him when the stress of The Serpents and shit that gets to him.

Archie Andrews. The golden boy, he's the captain of the football team, he's the main guy that picks a fight with the south siders. He has natural red hair, he's really just your average Jock, everyone loved him and treated him like a god, every boy wished to be him as every girl wished they were with him. He would flirt and wink at the girls to make them faint at his present and If you were his friend, you were automatically the shit. But he was only after this one girl, Betty Cooper. He loves the girl, but she didn't, because she was cousins with Jughead and knew the trouble he caused him.

They pulled up to the house, and Jughead got out of the car with the lady and walked to the front door. Three knocks and a woman with long messy blond hair, she had a smile on her face as she saw Jughead, "Jug! You've grown since the last time I've seen you, how you been?" Miss Cooper embraces the boy in a hug, he shrugs at her question, "usual, pretty shit" the raven haired boy said honestly, Alice didn't know how to reply, but thanks to Betty joining, "JUGGIE!!" She squeals as she jumps into Jughead's arms who is laughing and hugs back, "hey Betts, how's it been" the blonde excused the two woman and dragged Jughead to her room. They two were each other favourite cousins, when they were little, would spend as much time as they could together, and since Jughead moved it was hard for Betty to see him. She was beyond excited that Jughead was going to be living with them.

Betty opened her bedroom to reveal a tall teenager sitting on Betty's bed. "Jug, this is Kevin, my gay best friend, Kevin, Jughead" the two shake hands and Jughead looks around the room, "pink, aye?" The raven haired boy chuckles as the girl nods and smiles, the raven haired boy turned his back to put his bag on the ground, showing the patch on his back, scaring Kevin who poked Betty's shoulder and whispers, "he's a serpent, what if he hurts me?" Betty showed an angry expression, "he wouldn't if you don't do anything that will hurt him, he's nice I promise" Jughead turned back and walked towards the window stile, he sat on his with a leg on the ground, "so, your neighbour and you have windows that face each other's room?" He asked as he turned his head to look out the window, but turned it back, "yeah, I know it's a nightmare, especially since a boy lives across the road, I always close the currents before getting changed" she sighs and stands, "I'm gonna go for a second, you tie behave" she walked to Jughead and hugged him, "I'm glad your here Juggie, please make yourself at home" she smiles at the boy who laughs and gives her finger guns.
