Chapter 20

-Bella's pov-

I give him a hug and I put my head in the crook of his neck, we both hold each other tight. Not willing to let go.

"Can I ask you something Bells?"

"You just did, but go ahead"

"I've never had a tour of your apartment before, so?"

"Well follow me" I say as I get up and grab his hand.

"And finally, my bedroom"

"It's so pretty here, you can count on me coming over a lot"

"I'd love that" I say as I sit down on my bed, Zach sits down next to me.

He mumbles something but I can't hear him.

"Sorry I couldn't hear you"

"Go on a date with me" he says very soft looking at his hands, I want to make sure I heard him right

"What?"

"Go on a date with me, not like the movie nights and hangouts we've had. But a real proper date, us dressing up and going somewhere nice, I like you Bella, a lot. And not as just friends" He says looking at me straight in my eyes, how can I say no to this.

"I like you too Zach, and yes I'll go on a date with you" I say smiling at him

His eyes lit up and he tackles me in a hug, him laying on top of me. I can't help but laugh at him.

"Your giggle is adorable" He says now looking at me, making me blush

"Shut up" I cover my face with my hands

Before he could say anything he gets a phone call, he groans and lays down next to me pulling his phone out of his pocket.

"It's Daniel" He picks up the phone, puts it on speaker and puts his arm around me.

"Hi, you're on speaker, I'm just with Bella"

"Hey, well I was wondering if the two of you weren't making babies"

"Oh my-" I giggle putting my face in his chest, he strokes my hair

"Kidding, but Jack texted me saying he was coming home in a few, and he'll be furious if the two of you are still together"

"Yeah ok, thanks, I'll come home"

"Bye"

"Looks like I have to leave"

I stand up and grab his hand, locking our fingers together while walking to the door.

"I don't want to go"

"You have to, but don't worry, when is our date?"

"Tomorrow, I'll plan everything"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, you'll love it" He says with a proud smile on his face

"Fineee, text me when you get home ok? Drive safe"

"I will"

"Can you not tell Jack about this? He'll be very mad and I don't want to fight with him"

"I won't"

"Now go" I say laughing

He lets go of my hand and opens the door, but before walking out of my apartment he runs back to me, giving me a kiss on my cheek.

"Now I can go"

"You're such a weirdo"

"You love it"

I smile at him and he walks away, I close the door behind him and lean my back at the closed door. Then I realize what just happened, I'm going on a date with Zach tomorrow.

I jump up and down letting all my happiness out, I go to the group chat with Anna, Gabbie and Ashley.

Bells
Hey, so can you guys come
over later? I have some news

Ashley
Yeah sure, what is it

Anna
I'll come now I'm bored

Gabbie
Sure! Is it ok if I bring Lav?
The boys have to go to the studio

Bells
Lav can always come and
I'll tell you when the three
of you are here

Anna
You're making me so curious

Ashley
I'm coming over now
I want to know

Gabbie
I'm on my way now

Bells
See you soon

I smile and make my house ready for everyone and I wait for them to arrive. As I get a text from Zach.

Herron
I'm home, I can't wait for tomorrow

Avery
Me neither :)

Herron
I have to go to the studio,
so I can't really talk I'm sorry

Avery
It's fine we'll talk later

Herron
Byee

I hear a knock on the door, when I open it I see three girls standing there

"Hey now spill it"Ashley says while we all walk in and sit down on the couch

"Wait it definitely has something to do with Zach, look at that smile" Anna says smirking at me

"Tell usss" Gabbie whines with Lav in her lap

"Ok so, Zach dropped me off here right? We were sitting on my bed when he asked me on a date and he told me that he likes me" I say with a smile on my face

"Awww FINALLY" Anna says

"He finally grew the balls to ask you out" Gabbie says

"You said yes I assume" Ashley says

"I told him that I like him too and that I'd love to go on a date with him"

"You two are adorable" Gabbie says

"Did you kiss?" Anna asks wiggling her eyebrows

"No we didn't, he gave me a kiss on my cheek before he left but that's it"

"Then he wants your first kiss to be special, my baby is growing up" Ashley says fake crying and hugging me

"Oh and the date is tomorrow, he is planning the whole thing"

"We'll help you get ready don't worry" Gabbie says

-Zach's pov-

I open the door and walk inside our house, I'm still smiling like an idiot. I can't help it.

"Why are you so smiley?" Jonah asks as he walks in

"I'm going on a date tomorrow"

"YOU FINALLY ASKED HER OUT?"

As he yelled that Corbyn and Daniel came in too.

"Did you ask someone out?" Corbyn asks

"I have a date tomorrow with Bella"

"FINALLY" Daniel yells

"I'm happy for you man" Corbyn says patting my back

"But you guys can't tell Jack"

"We won't but the two of you can't keep this a secret for long, I know Jack has to accept it but he does deserve to know" Daniel says

"Yeah, but first I need to plan the whole thing"

"We'll help you, come on"
