One day when we were on our hill and we heard gunshots coming from Infernum.
Hazel was worried.

"Oh leave it Hazel. It doesn't matter anyway. They can't feel. You'll be safe up here with me."

"Oh god. My parents are down there." Her eyes suddenly filled with tears. "I have to help them!"

"Hazel, they can't feel. If they die, good riddance." At this she shoved me as hard as she could.

"Dammit Suki! Don't you care?! They could be seriously hurt and you don't even care?!"

"I don't care, cause they dont feel, so why are you worried about them being hurt?"

"I'm leaving. And I'm going to help! So if you care about me. You would come!"
I never saw her again.

I dunno what happened to her. I never found her body.

I walked back down to the village once I heard the gunshots stopped.

"Hazel? Hazel! Hazel.'' I called, trying to find her.
There were bodies everywhere. My parents. Her parents. Everyone.
But no Hazel.
