I put down your pen and the book. Katsuki was in his room, I wanted to make sure he didn't follow me. I put the journal in my bag where someone would find it. A sticky note was attached to it, saying it was for Katsuki.
I put on a pair of shoes and stepped out of the room. To get out of the building, I had to walk cross Katsuki's room. As quiet as I could, I crept past his room. No one was in the hallways and no one stepped out of their rooms.
I got down to the lobby and walked out of the front doors. My destination wasn't too far away from the hotel, and no one would think to look there. The whole walk I was speechless, I wore a hoodie to be sure I wasn't noticed.
It was a 15-minute walk straight from the hotel, but I wanted to get some food first. Why wouldn't you eat first, why not have a great last meal? I arrived at the convenience store and purchased a bag of chips and a soda. I had a feeling that I was being watched, but I just brushed it off.
I finished the food rather quickly so I got up and put my trash away. The store clerk wished me a good night and I said the same back. The walk from the store to the building was about 10-minutes. I popped in my earbuds and continued to walk.
My feet felt heavy and my breaths seemed short. My anxiety was getting the best of me and I felt like running off. The closer I came, the more I started to worry. What if this doesn't end it? What if I don't die right away? will it hurt? These were the thoughts that flooded my mind.
After I shook these off, I started to think of my friends. Would they cry? Will they be mad? Would they even care? My mind was racing with these unwanted feelings. No matter how much I tried to shake them off, they kept on coming back.
Not long after, I arrived at the building. This was it, this was the end. I walked in and everyone looked at me. My hoodie and sneakers were out of place in the office building. Although I clearly didn't belong, no one stopped me when I entered the elevator.
I pressed the roof option. I was all alone in the elevator and no one entered. It led to a stairwell that would lead to the roof.
This felt like the longest, steepest, hardest to climb, stairwell in the world. I walked on the roof and took a breath of the air. An empty street was below me.
The air was cold but I was still sweating. My lungs seemed to burn as I inhaled the air. My feet dragged as I approached the edge. I took a moment to admire the view as I climbed up.
I hesitated just for a second. I heard cars, birds, people, and many other city sounds, but one felt out of place. It was a scream, a cry, It came from right behind me, but it was too late. Before I knew it, I began to fall.

I heard someone walk past my room so I looked out once they passed. It was hard to tell because they were wearing a hood, but I knew It was (y/n). She went to the elevator, and I followed her.
The elevator came back up and I went down. Once I got down, she was already walking down the street. I followed her down the street to a small corner store. "Oh, she's just getting food," I whispered to myself, but I felt like I should still stick around.
I watched from behind a shelf. She seemed unsettled like something was bothering her. She finished her food rather quickly and I followed her back.
She wasn't heading back to the hotel. I had no clue where she was going. We walked for a while until she entered an office building. I didn't know why she was there, but I felt like I should follow her.
Believe me, I trusted her with my life, but she had been acting off lately, and I wanted to know what was going on. She entered the elevator and I waited for it to return.
The elevator came back down and I walked inside. There were many buttons, but only one of them stood out. A button labeled "R" was at the very top.
I assumed it was the roof, and I don't think she'd have a reason the visit any other floor. Sure, the sight might be nice, but why would she go to an office building to see the city?
I got off the elevator and was met with the stairs. I begrudgingly climbed the stairs until I was met with two large doors. I quietly pushed open the doors and my jaw dropped.
(y/n) was standing on the edge of the building. I refused to believe the obvious. She began the lean forward and she hesitated. I finally found my voice and screamed for her to get down, but she continued to lean. Before I knew it, she started to fall.
                              3rd Person Pov
Katsuki rushed to the side of the building and leaned over. Right in time, he caught your hand. "What are you doing!" he yelled at you. The blonde was your only support. You stayed silent and your eyes began to tear up, not knowing what to say.
His eyes began to tear too as reality hit him like a bus. The boy began to pull up but you yelled at him to stop. "What do you mean stop, you're going to fall!" he yelled.
slowly, his grip began to slip. "That's the point!" you yelled back, "Stop it!" He yelled. The wind blew your hair out of your face and he could finally see your red and teary eyes.
"Let go, you're going to fall if you hold on!" you yelled, but he shook his hand, "I'm not letting go, I'll never let you fall. "Why are you doing this!" he screamed as he began to slip more, "I don't have any reason to live, I'm a burden, I'm worthless, It'll be better that way!" You cried, his eyes widened but his face fell again.
"Let it be me!" He cried.
                              "What?" you said in shock.
                              "Let me be your reason!"
It didn't fix all your problems, and It didn't make you regret what you had done. But in that very moment, you didn't want it to end. Not like that anyways, so you let him save you, or at least, try.
The hand he used, was the only thing keeping him stable. The two of you began to fall. He held you close, making sure you didn't leave him.
The ground neared closer by the second but you flew the other way. You were set gently on the ground and stood up straight. "What's going on?" a voice spoke, it was hawks. "Why were you up there?" he said sternly, "Um, sightseeing," Katsuki spoke up, "You better be more careful next time, or else you might not be so lucky," He said before flying off.
Katsuki grabbed you and held you close and tightly. Tears fell down both of your faces as you held each other. "What the hell," he muttered into your shoulder.
The more the boy thought about it, the tighter he held you, and the harder he cried. "I'm so, so, sorry," You cried into his chest. You and him cried for what seemed like an eternity.
"Please don't tell anyone," You whispered in a raspy, yet delicate voice. He squeezed you a bit harder and muttered, "I won't, but I can't let it happen it again, you can't let it happen again, promise me that, and you have to promise to tell me everything, you are not a burden, we all love you, please, just please, don't ever do that again," He said in reply.
"I promise," "Ok, let's head back then," He said while the two of you walked back to the hotel. When you arrived, no one seemed to notice you were gone. Katsuki walked you into his room to talk for a bit before bed.
"I meant what I said," He muttered, Kirishima wasn't in the room so the could talk about anything. "What do you mean?" you asked, "I'm going to give you a reason," he said still looking at the floor.
"You should get some rest now," He said while giving you a soft smile. You got up and walked to your room. Once you got in there, you took out the journal. Opening the window, you burned the book, and let it fall. "Now, all I need is a reason," You muttered while laying on the bed.
Thank you for reading but I can promise you, this isn't over.
