*HEY if you don't read my other haikyuu book, I remembered you guys don't know my name so it's Hecate and I'm fine with any pronouns, he/him she/her or they/them!*
Kageyama POV

The house was quiet except for the water running and the humming coming from the bathroom. It was peaceful and quiet until the knob moved.
"WOO! Is Shoyo here? It's Tanaka and Noya!" Two guys bust through the door and immediately get silent again. They look me up and down, look into the hallway and living room, stare at me again, and then giggle. "Who are you? Where's Shoyo?" They sit on the couch and I just nod towards the bathroom. I'm just a little shocked people are here. I know he warned me but still.

I knock on the bathroom door and the humming stops.
"Yeah?"
"Your friends are here. Noya and Tanaka?"
"Oh ok! I'll be out in a bit!" The humming starts up again and I walk back to the guys in the living room. "Kageyama? I'm gonna now ask you questions." Tanaka says behind me and pushes me into the couch. Noya slides in front of me with sunglasses on.
"Have you been treating Hinata good?"
Nod
"Has he been good to you?"
Nod
"Do you liiike him?"
I stare at them blankly. I mean yeah I think about him loads but like like him? Probably not.
"Write that down. He doesn't know let's help him find out!" Noya bounces up and Tanaka smiles at him. "Well let's find out! So imagine this, you and Hinata are chilling here at his house, he keeps looking at you from the corner of his eye and when you glance at him he blushes. He then gets on your lap and leans in for a ki-"
"Ok! That's enough!" My face heats up and I think of a scenario like that. His lips would probably be soft and gentle. "Bro! Snap out of dream land!" Tanaka snaps his fingers and the bathroom door opens. The two boys immediately start running putting the glasses back and fixing the light they had shining on my face. Noya slips and lays down on the floor with his hands on his hips. Tanaka was sitting on the top of the couch with his arms folded.

"What are you two doing?" Hinata laughs out. His hair was wet and sticking up all around, it looked extra curly than normal. He had a towel wrapped around his waist and he ran his hand through his hair. This is the first time I could really see his body like this. "Kageyama? Are you ok?" Hinata walks up to me and touches my forehead with the back of his hand. "Geez Kageyama! Stop drooling at him!" Tanaka laughed now getting down from his spot. "He pretty much has a nose bleed!" Noya gets up and walks to the kitchen. "Leave him alone, guys! I need to change get me a soda please!" Hinata laughs and calls out to Noya. He truly was beautiful.

Hinata POV

His face when I touched his forehead was priceless! I love messing with him and I know my friends attempted an interrogation. I slip on a nice t-shirt and jeans. "Ok so, why did you guys come?" I ask the two guys who were now just talking to Kageyama. They turned to me looking offended, "I just wanted to see my sweet friend!" I just look at them. "Fine! Daichi and Suga said to make sure you're good and they told us the situation. Turns out you did a good thing!" They pointed to Kageyama who was just getting increasingly more confused. I smile at him, "Daichi and Suga are basically the mom and dad of our friend group! You should meet them one day, if you want!" I go and cuddle up with Kags making sure I'm not dumping too much on him.

Kageyama POV

I'm kind of stunned. I didn't think he would talk about me to his friends and I didn't realize that Tanaka's stupid scenario would be engrained as a picture in my brain. I look at Hinata who was talking to Noya about something. "Hey! Can we all just invite your boooyyyfrieennddd to like the park or something with us!" Tanaka pokes my cheek and Noya flicks my hair. Right now this was a lot having people here and talking about plans for the future and just meeting new people. I don't want to be in a big crowd with like really energetic people so maybe meeting this Suga and Daichi would be better. I smile at Hinata and slink off to the bathroom.

My head felt like it was pounding and I felt like they had judged me. I was probably breathing too loud or maybe I seemed really mean, like the King of the Court. What if that whole time my breath smelled bad and people are now saying you're disgusting.
KNOCK KNOCK
"You ok, Kags?" Hinata asks from beyond the door. I look at myself in the mirror and splash water on my face. "I'm ok! Just a minor headache!" I smile even though he can't see me and go out of the bathroom. "It's ok, Kags! Want a headache reliever? Sorry it's a lot that happens the first time you come to my house!" Hinata goes into the bathroom and grabs a pill bottle. He hands me two pills and hugs me. He is so gentle and understanding! HOW CAN SOMEONE BE THIS PERFECT?!
"Bro are you gonna make yourself dinner?" I hear Tanaka ask Hinata. "Kags! What do you like to eat? I could cook dinner before we go to my job!" Hinata asks from the kitchen and that doesn't sound half bad.

*i am Tanaka and Noya. Also is it weird I get a boost of confidence and happiness every time I type out Hecate. Like omg that's my name :))
