"10, 11... 35 million!", Blood Rose exclaimed as they hid somewhere counting the money they successfully got to stole that night.

"And that all belongs to you now", Devil Rider bitterly said.

"Aww, don't be sad. I doubt we can get another 2.965 billion that quickly, so we'll still be together for a long time", she stretched and emphazied on the 'long', making him throw his head back inhaling calmly before he ends up strangling her.

"Today was fun though, you gotta admit. That chase was one of the best fucking feelings I had ever felt as a criminal"

"Considering you're a criminal yet don't even have a vehicle, I can see why"

Blood Rose playfully hit him. "I steal cars and sell them you know? These hands of mine don't really need a vehicle when there are vehicles everywhere for me"

"Except me", He curtly said.

"Of course, you're not a vehicle, but my rider boy", She winked.

"Well it was nice to be with you tonight. Sadly, I must leave you"

"Fucking finally", Devil Rider expressed his relief knowing he doesn't have to spend another second with the annoying girl.

"Don't sound too enthusiastic love, we still have to meet tomorrow", She added as she took the bags. Blowing a kiss, "Dream of me!" she said and walked on the streets to her apartment.

The boy laid his eyes on her for a bit, before turning away and riding his bike the other direction not saying another word.

The next day, at school.

"Omg did you see the news?"
"Devil Rider and Blood Rose robbed three banks together"
"I thought the Rider guy didn't like working with others though"
"Maybe they have something in common?"
"Blood Rose probably stole his heart"
"Another Bonnie and Clyde huh?"
"Lovers in crime, oh how romantic"

Chenle almost gagged at the last line. Lovers? If she really was then I must have the worst taste on the planet, he thought as he strolled to his class once again.

"Hey Jwi", He greeted the boy who sat beside him. "So you're finally back huh?"

"Obviously, bro I have so much tea to spill", Jisung looked up from his phone to see his long time best friend. "Woah, you coloured your hair?"

"Yep, changed it to black. What do you think?"

"Looks good, I thought you were gonna turn bald soon since you had blonde hair for over a year", He bluntly said.

Chenle let out a loud laugh, almost dolphin-like. "I see you changed your hair too. The highlights would look weird on others but it fits you"

"Thanks, some boy named Mark did the same hairstyle so I decided to follow him too. Obviously I look better with it than him though", He shrugged.

"Mark? As in one of our school's alumni?"

"Yeah, bumped into him while I was a Gyeonggi with Jeno. Speaking of which, he's also back too!", Chenle looked at the direction Jisung pointed to see the said boy talking with Donghyuck.

"Jeno! What's up?", He yelled.

"Oh Lele! Good to see you", He gave a big eyesmile, while Chenle noticed something.

"You got a tattoo?", He questioned, looking at his right cheekbone that once had a mole yet there was a cross instead.

"Huh?", He let out a confused sound.

"Aah", He opened his mouth in realization. "This is just eyeliner, they told me I look cool so I decided to go with it"

"Wow...Jeno jjang!", He gave a thumbs up.

To clear up confusion, Jeno and Jisung are cousins. Just like the Na twins and Renjun, they ended up going on a family trip at the beginning of the school year too. But now they're back after a week.

A loud gasp resonated around the room. Everyone turned to the door to see Xiu Ying with his mouth gaped open. "JENO!?", She yelled.

"Haha, Xiu Ying! Come here, don't you miss me?", With open arms, Xiu Ying ran to him as they held a hug together.

"Why didn't you tell me you were back? The others went on a family trip too", She pouted. "Wanted to surprise you, kiddo. Were you lonely?"

"Of course! But then I had company with me anyways", She turned to look at Nari, Donghyuck and Chenle. "Oh, hey Jisung", She gave a small wave.

"Good morning class", The teacher suddenly entered which meant the start of lessons. They chose to hang out together at recess, so they waited eagerly throughout the classes until the bell had rung again.

"Quick!", Nari pulled on Xiu Ying's hand. "They have bubble tea today and I don't want to miss it!"

"Chill, Nari! I'm gonna lose my hand because of you!", Xiu Ying as she ended up getting dragged by the excited girl.

"Well then my brothers. Let's walk together shall we?", Donghyuck opened his arms and together they walked slowly, catching up with what had happened the past few days.

"Oh damn Chenle. What is this muscle I feel?", Jeno had his hands grasping the boy's arms. "You're ripped, I feel threatened now"

"Don't worry, I'm not gonna rip open my shirt in the middle of school like you", Chenle snickered.

"That was one time!"

"Two. You did it twice Jeno"

"Shut up!", He grabbed the tall boy into a headlock, which leaded into a big mess as Jisung pleaded him to stop.

Together the boys laughed, with Chenle feeling even more lighthearted than usual.

Hmm, that mood will end up getting spoiled again tonight right?
