Y/n pov: The doctor walked in and told Payton and I that imma have to have surgery on my nose. Payton and I both looked at each other with a worried face because he knew I was scared so he was scared for me too.
Paytons pov: The doctor said y/n is gonna have to have surgery on her nose and I got really worried. I looked over at y/n and she had a worried look on her face and I was scared for her because I knew that she was scared. I decided to run home and grab a hoodie and a teddy bear.
Back to y/ns pov: Payton said he is gonna run home and get some stuff but he will be back in like 15 minutes.
15 minutes later
Paytons pov: I walk into y/ns hospital room and see her watching Friends I hand her these

She got really excited and she looks so cute when she gets excited.
Y/ns pov:Payton came back and handed me a teddy bear and one of his hoodies and I got really excited and I saw Payton blushing in the corner he was standing in so I walked over to him and gave him a hug then a peck on the cheek and I loved him but he didn't know that.
Paytons pov: Y/n came and gave me a hug then she pecked me on the cheek and I went crazy on the inside but kept my cool on the outside and just smiled
Y/ns pov: Payton smiled after I did that but I was jumping on the inside and I was kinda sad about how he reacted but its fine...i guess. The surgery was supposed to be in 5 minutes and take 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix it all (A/n sorry if its wrong I have never been through a nose surgery)
After the surgery Y/ns pov: FUCK MY NOSE HURTSSS!! When I came back to the room Payton was sleeping in the chair and his cute baby face was showing through the hoodie (A/n so kinda like how you tighten the strings to cover you face that's what he did) I got up and went to snuggle with him and we looked like this

Paytons pov: I heard y/n come back from the surgery but I was half asleep so all I felt before I fell back asleep was her snuggling with me in the chair.
45 minutes later
Kios pov: I walk into my sisters hospital room and see her snuggling with Payton so I decide to take pics and post them. After that I then wake them up and y/n decides to yell, " WHO THE FUCK WOKE ME FROM MY BEAUTY SLEEP!!" I said that I did and she gave me a mad look then I took y/n home with me.
Y/ns pov: I get awoke and yell,"WHO THE FUCK WOKE ME FROM MY BEAUTY SLEEP!!" and I hear Kio say it was him, but I felt bad because I woke up Payton when I yelled that and now I have to go home but lucky me Payton is my neighbor!!
