(I AM SO SORRY FOR LAST CHAPTER! I DIDN"T REALIZE IT WAS THAT FUCKING SHORT >.<)

As soon as I landed on the ground I heard a door slam shut. I looked at the front door and then saw the handle jiggle. My eyes widened and I ran. Just ran. When I hit the corner of the street I realized I had forgotten something. I winced, at the thought of going back. "It's okay Dakota, you don't need it. Remember she's in your heart." I whispered, my bottom lip trembling. I took a deep breath and started trotting. I was only a couple miles from the subway. I swallowed, my mouth dry from running and crying. I continued walking down the empty street. I took out my phone and looked at the time, 4 pm. I nodded and put it away.

I saw the big brick building when I arrived, I was at the bak incase you were wondering. I went over to the ATM and epmtied out my dad's credit card, all the money in my account and some of my mother's. She left the money to me but I felt horrible. I couldn't take it but now was my chance. I walked out of the place, the money clutched in my hand and went to the sub way. I was on a one way ticket from Hell.

I saw the subway come. I walked in casually, Ritual blasting through my ear buds. I must have fallen asleep right after that because an old man was shaking me slightly.

"Little Girl, Little Girl!" He chanted. I opened one eye and checked the clock, 3 am. I looked at the old man.

"I'm awake." I said softly, my voice was cracking. I looked up up at him again. I scanned his wrinkly face. I smiled slightly. "Thank you for waking me up."

The old man nodded. "Its time to get off, you know where your at right?"

I nodded and stood up, grabbing my things. "I'm leaving here to get a new start." I half lied with a sly smile.

The old man nodded. I walked away from and left the subway. I looked at the sign, I was in Utah, damn I didn't know Subways were that fast. I chuckled softly and walked. I found a stack of maps, feeling like a tourist. I then looked at my phone. 20 missed calls, 5 voice mails, 10 texts.

I listened to the first voicemail.

"Dakota, you better be home by mid night, if not your ass will be mine!"

I shrugged and listened to the next one.

"DAKOTA MARIE ANDREWS GET YOUR FUCKING ASS HOME!"

I deleted it, and listened to the next one. I deleted it too. I got to the last one and swallowed it was less than five minutes ago. My eyes widened. Did he know where she was?

"Dakota, that's it. I'm going to get you, and I'm hella pissed at you." He said calmly into the phone. Shit. When he's calm he is super pissed. I put the phone down and heard a whistle. I looked up, my face going pale. I saw a male, walking towards me. I took that chance and start walking out of the area. I need to find an airport, fast.

I saw the red twisting thingy with a blinking light and prayed. I decided to run, it was early morning and I was by myself. Running time!!! I know ot many like running but thats one weird fact about me. I  ran a half mile and made it to the airport. I got inside, my cheeks were flushed and I was breathing faster. I walked over to a drinking fountain and took a drink of the water. I walked up to the desk and told the lady I wanted a ticket to LA. She gave a confused look and I ignored it.

"I have the money so don't worry." I laughed slightly. She nodded and typed in her computer. She gave me a ticket and I paid. She gave another look. I groaned.

"Oh and mind your own fucking business." I growled and stormed off. I looked at the time, 5 am. Perfect. I sat in a plastic seat and relaxed. I saw a Starbucks. MY BEST FRIEND! With a huge grin on my face I walked over to the Starbucks, looking like I was high on some sort of drug out there. I ordered my favorite, Mocha Frappechino. I took a sip and closed my eyes in pleasure. I sat back down, waiting for what seemed like hours.

It was 4:45 am and I heard the call for my flight. The airport lobby had gotten a little fuller but not many people where here yet. I walked up to a line and waited to get on the plane. I heard a last call before I got into the plain. I walked to row and sat down next to the window. I sighed, wondering why my dad would suddenly care when I left. I checked my phone and a got a text when I did. My eyes widened, it was from Jacob. I almost cried, my ex- lover. I loved him still but we had to because he moved.

"Hey Kota, I keep hearing you ran away, what's wrong?"  I read it, someone still cared. I had to reply.

"Hey J, Yup I ran away. I couldn't take it anymore."  Yes, he knew my past.

I suddenly heard an annoying voice. I looked up. A flight atteneded was glaring at me. "No Cell Phone USAGE ON THE PLANE!" I  flipped her off.

My phone vibrated, I looked down.

"Stay strong Kota." I smiled sadly and put my phone down, a single tear slid down my cheek.

The plane then assended into the air, marking the start.
