Chapter 3

A different leader came up to me and smiles at me. "What's your name?" I was looking at him abs I was about to say my name then someone jumped and yelling on the way down. "My mane is Kristen." Everyone was screaming and clapping for me. "First jumper Kristen." Everyone was smiling when I  was going to stand by them. Everyone I was patting my back and everyone  came  down even John he wasn't that scary to me but everyone was scare of him because he was intimidating to them. When he yells that's when he serious.  "Ok tranfers  stay here dauntless borns go with John you will train with him and  transfers will train with me.  My name Eric and I will be your trainer  and I'm going show you around I know you guys changes at the ceremony that was good.  There are 11 transfers and there are 12 beds what happened to the other transfer." Everyone looked around we didn't want to say anything but we have to. "He didn't make it on the train." He didn't look surprised at all he started walking he mumbled something under his breath but I didn't care at all. "So this where you guys are going to sleep this is called the dungeon for sleeping. Let's move on to the  dining room." When  we got there it was empty I wonder where I'm going to sit with people that I don't  know. Some mumbling about John and how he as a raspy voice. I turned around and punched her. Eric didn't care but he had me stay close to the front. "So this is where you are going mostly stay in the pit the pit is a training room where there are guns punching bags and other stuff for your guys to use for 2 weeks. That ends our tour but dint leave this compound." We nodded and walked around the compound.

I walked to the training center and started to train. I saw a few other dauntless borns come in and  just stand there. I turned around and looked at them. "Well hello weakling." I was just not scared of them at all I walked away from if I stand there I will look weak but I'm not weak at all. I just do t to make a stand. "What  are just going walk away from us?" I  just gave them a thumbs up and went back to the old dungeon where I'm going to sleep for 2 weeks. Very one looked at me then John threw me a jacket but no one else got a jacket. "Why did I get a jacket?"He smiled he took me john grabbed all of my stuff abd I look  behind everyone was looking at me. "You are a permanent member of dauntless Kristen I saw what you did with the dauntless borns." I smiles he walked me to my new room it was brand new. "Enjoy." He shut my door and I git changes into the member clothes. I went down to eat dinner everyone was clapping for  me I didn't even need training. I sat by the members  I did sit by the transfers at all they looked at me I waved at them they smiled and waved back at me. I started talking to some people they really enjoyed me sitting with them but I didn't feel comfortable sitting here but it's life abd I have to live with this choice that made for myself. Yes I just arrived here but the leaders felt a need to make me a member.  I feel so guilty that I can't train but I'm going to train with the transfers everyday until they are members of dauntless I will be on their fucking side no mater what happens to them they are my family and im theirs. When the members were still talking I git up and sat by the transfers. They smiled when I came over here with them. I came here to be brave strong and fight for this community abs protect my family and friends. 

I don't even feel guilty fir leaving my family they need to know w that I wanted my own life in a different faction and  a different environment. I know they sill love me if I chose dauntless they want the best for me and  this place is the best place for me. I'm differ t from everyone I only had one choice and was to come here. I feel like they will forget me but faction before blood  that's what my dad said today. When dinner was over I went back to my room and change into gym clothes and  went in the pit I started to throw knifes in the wall where the station for knifes where they had dummies that had holes in it. I say Eric watching me I stopped and turned around. "Hi what's up Eric?" He smiles and I knew he wanted to say something to me. "So I heard your officially part of dauntless not a transfer on your first day that barely happens." I laughed and I smiled, I looked at him. "Yea I'm happy about that but I still need training tho. We were talking and we were throwing knifes. "So I can train one on one  we can do that I can make you very skilled with a gun and hand on hand training." I agreed to that I went back  to my room and went to sleep. I got super early and went to  the pit all the transfers were there expect the trainer. "Good morning this morning we are going train with the knifes then start  the fights." We went to the knife area I stood by two people that are dauntless borns they sucked at knife throwing. "So Kristen you good go stand by the mat that is on the floor. Half of us are done with throwing knifes John came in and he is going to pick the fights. "Kristen and Teresa your up  fight until you can't walk or stand up" I walked in the blue and white mattress. I was t scared if her I knew what sage is going to do first. I punched her in the face she dropped on her knees then I kicked her in the stomach. She stood back up so I I hit her stomach then her face then over and  over again.  She couldn't get up at all so I stopped because she couldn't even get up at all. John picked her up and took her the medics.
