AVAS POV
i cant believe it. i just made payton moormeier smile. the big,bad, no emotion, dangerous PAYTON MOORMEIER. i am absolutely exhilarated i don't know what to do with myself right now. but i had to contain my excitement in front of him.

i wanted to go workout or fight someone to get my energy out so who better to do it with than him. so i searches for payton all around the room. he was nowhere to be found. i went to the elevator and went down to jackson and madi's floor.

i came out of the elevator and saw jackson in the kitchen. i went up to him and saw he was on the phone. i stood behind him silently waiting. he ended the call and turned around.

"what can i help you with ava?" he said as he knew i was here
the fuck?!
"where's payton?" i said more as a demand
"oh he might be in his office" he said
"ok where's that?" i asked
"on the first floor but i don't think he would like you in there" he said worried
"it's fine" i said going to the elevator

i went into the elevator pressed the first floor and the got out. i was searching for his office when i found it. it was a room with blurry glass so you couldn't really see inside. the door was grey and had p. moormeier engraved on it.

PAYTONS POV
i was in a meeting with a man from my mafia discussing a mission when angel came through my office door. she had on workout clothes which were a sports bra and leggings.

she then came over and sat in my lap and put her arms around my neck and put her face in the crook of my neck. i was caught off guard but wasn't complaining. i continued talking to the guy casually not showing emotion and he looked at me in shock.

"what?" i asked
"who's the weekly hoe?" he said and chuckled

i was red with anger and as soon as he said hoe and avas head snapped forward at him angrily. she then took my favorite knife off my desk and threw it at him. it landed in his throat and he slowly died and not gonna lie i was impressed.

it was also kinda hot

she then looked towards me and said
"sorry for killing the guy but he was an ass" she said annoyed
"no angel it's ok" i said with a small smile looking at her lips

i noticed she was also looking at mine. we were both leaning in and as they were about to touch my door opened and i pulled away.

"what do you want jackson?" i said annoyed
"um i was gonna say we should go to dinner tonight all together but looks like i should leave" he said really shocked

"no it's fine but yea we can do dinner tonight" i said casually while putting my hand on avas thigh

"ok then" he said and left
"geez" i sighed and looked at ava
"is there any reason you came into my office miss ava?" i asked sweetly
"yea i wanna go train with you" she said
"well unfortunately i have business to attend to angel" i said

she looked at me with a pouty face. i don't know why but it gave me an urge to cancel my meetings. i then let out a huge sigh and said

"fine i guess i can cancel my meetings" i told her
"yayyy" she said and kissed my cheek

i wish it was the lips but ok
