Here's the story:
He was just used to being lonely
Married to his ashes and dust
Had at least two men and at least three women in bed
Everybody must bust nuts
Couldn't say he had a cold mind or a warm heart
He had to blame it on the fact that he could feel
Somehow he kept a whole book of his cheap hooks
Going through the motions of sex appeal
Caught in between
Caught in between
Caught in between
Caught in between
Make cake, push weight
Keep greens flowing
Can't ignore the ringing when the main vein's open
Always got it going on
Ever to fall
It's the nature of the brain games, ain't it luxurious?
Guns, blunts, plus control of the world
Can't escape the call of all the Gun Street Girls
All his thoughts are so lovely
"I don't care about who may judge me
Just so long as they touch me"
Caught in between
Caught in between
Life's such a bitch and then you die
Might as well enjoy it while you're on the ride
Need the women, men, and drugs
But show none of them love
Just gotta get by
People wanna get high
Caught in between
Caught in between
Caught in between
Caught in between
Caught in between
Knows he can get it
But he keeps it obscene
Only cares about the greens
He's still caught in between
Never been wetter
Either flesh or a screen
Never tries to get clean
Truly caught in between
Ain't no one better
When he steps on the scene
He's the nightmare of a dream
He stays caught in between
The bullet holes will bleed
But he's caught in between
I hope you're catching what I mean
Lonely, caught in between
Caught in between
Caught in between
Caught in between
