[17] About Time

After hanging out for a bit, the two of you decided to take a seat on a bench nearby. Ivan had finally decided to ask you the question.

"Y/N...Can I tell you something?" Ivan said, grabbing both of your hands, looking directly into your blushing face and your bright E/C eyes. You nodded slowly with a soft smile.

As his hands gripped yours softly, a faint blush rose to your face. Ivan seemed reluctant and nervous. You smiled reassuringly. "C'mon, you can tell me anything." you whispered quietly, trying not to disturb this mood.

His gaze never seemed leave yours as a faint pink dusted his cheeks.

"Y/N...Я-Я люблю тебя!" [1] Your eyes widened in shock. Emi had taught you how to understand and say 'I love you' and she said 'you're going to need it.' He really liked you back? At this time you were speechless, yet your mind was telling you to speak up quickly. Ivan let go of your hands and frowned at your shocked state. A sad look crossed his features as he huffed in despair.

"It was too good to be true, I guess." He said, slowly walking away. Your mind screamed at you to do something, so you grabbed his wrist. Ivan turned around, and it was his turn to be shocked. You smirked and just pulled him into an embrace. "You're dumb for thinking I don't feel the same way...Я-Я тоже т-т-тебя люблю Ivan!" [2] A red hue coated your faces as you looked up into his captivating pools of violet.

The thought you were dreaming about earlier became a reality when his arms snake around your waist and being pulled closer. tilted your head up and pressed his lips against yours in a gentle manner. Ivan treated you like a delicate object, if too much force applied to it, it would break. Your eyes fluttered closed during this moment that seemed it would only be out of a fantasy. As time went on, the kiss became more heated. His tongue grazed on your bottom lip, as if asking for permission to enter. Your lips parted, giving Ivan access to your wet cavern, exploring every inch of it. Your kiss became more synchronized with his and your movements, slowly becoming sloppier with each passing second. At this point, you did not care who was watching, you just wanted him to know how much you loved him.

After the magical moment came to an end, you two pulled away in dire need of oxygen. The red hue on your face was more prominent, and the blonde male giggled innocently as if he was clueless about how passionate the kiss was.

"D-Does this mean..." You started, but was to nervous to finish. Ivan simply nodded, as if he knew what you were trying to say. And he did. He nodded with a smile. "Da, we are together now, sunflower." While blushing from the nickname, you buried your face in his scarf that you were still wearing, currently trying to hide your completely red face. Your face could simply put Antonio's tomatoes to shame. Ivan found your embarrassed state absolutely adorable, and giggled at your attempt to hide yourself.

"We go now, da?" Ivan said, reaching for your hand and gripping it. You nodded with a grin and walked with him, hand in hand. The two of you proceeded to go around the park area, exploring the nature and scenery.

When it was time to leave, Ivan wished you a goodbye, not after a quick hug, by then you headed over to your car with a huge grin. As if on cue, Ivan felt a buzz in his coat pocket. He picked out his phone, swiping up to check for any messages, in which there were messages. Messages that were sent by Emi.

Gae Bitch: Did you do it? Did you confess to Y/N? You better have or I'm sticking your metal pipe up yours

No need for that, I did confess to her

Gae Bitch: Thanks haha. BUT OMG OMG WHAT DID SHE SAY?? :DDD

Ivan sighed at the energy of Y/N's friend. She was quite the handful, he'd say. Sometimes the male wondered how you managed to live with her. But he did not mind, since the three of you are great friends. Ivan was actually quite grateful he had friends like you, or even had friends at all.

Ivan smiled at the thought of you, and started to head home already.

Lol sorry for the short chapter. Just wasn't feeling inspired. Though I had Secret Garden on loop lol. Hope you enjoyed this little confession.
