Two months after Vinnie and I got seperatedfrom the rest, I got really itchy.
This itch, was happening frequently now, and at some times it would not go away, no matter how much I scratched it, or left it alone. It was like a pain mixed with an itch at the same moment, it felt really wierd.
It is not disrupting me too much, but I feel that it may get worse as time goes on. I also think Vinnie's got it too. He's been scratching his fur a lot recently too. I've also heard Oreo yell over to us about how itchy she gets at some points.
I think that this problem may have spread throughout all the guinea pigs, maybe including the babies. I think it sprea through the air, as it got to Vinnie, but it also got to the rest of the guinea pigs.
About a week later I also started losing some of my beautiful fur. Only little bits of it, but still, I was not very happy. Vinnie also got this symptom of losing his fur, but he did not lose as much as rapidly as me.
Our humans then started putting this very sticky and gooey stuff to help with my fur and itching. It helped me a lot, although made me look ugly. They also put this on the rest of the Guinea Pigs who had this symptom, it also helped them too.
Well I am glad that our humans took action, that showed that they really care for us.
