We got inside the house, along with Amelia who was waiting patiently by the screen door, and I told them to sit down so I could make breakfast. They nodded and sat down in the dining room.

I looked in the fridge and saw that I didn't have enough eggs for all of us. I thought and remembered that I still had pancake mix in the cupboard. I grabbed it and read what I needed. I multiplied that by three and got everything ready and mixed. I put a pan on and put some butter on the pan, when I grabbed red food coloring and strawberry extract. I had made the extract yesterday, so it still tasted like strawberries. I put some extract in and a few drops of red food coloring it and mixed it until it turned rose pink.

I turned on the pan and the butter melted. I grabbed the mix and poured a ladle in and made three pancakes about the size of my palm. I grabbed seven plates and one big plate and put the three pancakes on the big plate. I called Sean in and handed him the seven plates. I swatted his hand away when he tried to get the pancakes. he sighed and went back to the dining room.

---TIME SKIP---

I turned off the stove and grabbed the plate filled to the brim with sixty-three pancakes. I made that many so all of us could evenly have five pancakes. I went into the dining room and set down the pancakes. Their eyes widened as I gave them their pancakes. When I sat down after I put the plate in the sink, I got bombarded with questions. This is what it sounded like.

"tksdgalfgnaeofknlfdflkme;tbmd;flbeprskjgpej;kfkbnelkbepogjerpgijgeg"

"Look, I used strawberry extract with real strawberries, and red food coloring. If any of you have an allergy with any of those, give them to the one who asks the most politely."

They quieted down to a low buzz and I ate my pancakes in peace. everybody was done in a few minutes, unlike yesterday. I was going to get up and get all of their plates, when the man with the blue mask got them. I thanked him and sat back down. He came back and sat down, so I started with asking something.

"So what are all of your names?"

Sean answered for them.

"The one with the cat mask is Marvin. The one with the blue mask is Jackie. that's JJ, that's Robbie, That's Chase, that's Henrik, and that's Anti," he said while pointing at them and giving up with the descriptions.

I looked at the clock and it read 4:30 am. I got up and told them to follow me. They did, and I went with Amelia to the cow barn. Today was the day that they would 1) give birth, 2) get a check up by me, and 3), some would get slaughtered, depending on how many are born.

"So, the pregnant heifers will give birth most likely today or tomorrow. I will need all the help I can get, so all of you will help, as long as you have a good stomach and aren't squeamish to these things." They nodded and I went on.

"The bulls are getting a check up. I will not neuter the bulls so I can still have calves and raise them to be veal." They nodded again, so I went on.

"After most or all of the heifers have their calves, I will count them up and take them to the veal part of the barn. I will take the veal that's already in there because they are already old enough, and slaughter them in the barn next to it." Everyone's faces, except for Sean's, Anti's and my faces went either pale or to fear. I was about to go in the barn, when I remembered something.

"Could all of you hold out your phones," I asked them. They held out their phones, and since they were in a line, I went down the line and took their phones. I took their phones and put them in the house. When I got back, they were all blushing. I shrugged it off and went inside the barn. Sean and Amelia caught up to me and walked with me to one of the pregnant cows. I waited a couple seconds and she started giving birth. I watched to see if there was complications, and there wasn't. I turned to them and some of them started 'awe'-ing.

"That was a successful birth with no complications. I will wait until most or all of them are born to take them to the veal part." They nod and all but Anti awe because it just started to walk. I walked to another one who was pregnant and she was giving birth. I watched it, until the calf got stuck. I opened the gate and grabbed it's legs and pulled it out. The calf started nursing and I went back to them. They stared in awe at me, except for Anti and Sean.

"That was a successful birth with a complication." they nodded and I heard a bellow from the other side of the of the barn. I ran to it, but I was too late. The heifer had died while giving birth. They caught up with me and I turned to them.

"That was an unsuccessful birth."

The whole day, we helped with births until late in the night. I checked my watch and it read 8:00 pm. I sighed and looked around. All of the heifers are now cows. I see them all asleep, so I round up the egos. Sean was already with me along with Amelia. I told them that they should get to bed and I saw half-hooded eyes again. They trudged to the cabin while Sean and I took the calves to the veal part. I put them in the stalls and I put the older veal in the stalls in the slaughtering barn. I decided that I would wait until tomorrow to do the slaughtering. I go with Sean to the house and go to bed. Tomorrow was going to be long.
