"Where have you been all day?" Mu Zhengsheng asked knowing that she likely had been at one of her secret hideouts again. Mu Shao Qing looked away keeping her nose high not wanting to give away any secrets about where she had been. "Alright, I won't ask where you've been." Carrying her back, both had entered inside their home seeing that it was the same.

Their father was with their step-mother again having to quarrel. "Husband, we have to do something! Your son will be ruined by such daughter of yours that won't even be able to fix his image after!" Their step-mother was once again trying to have their father turn against Mu Shao Qing which they knew she was very scheming from the start when she married their father as his consort.

"Why do you always come in the way?! You are only my consort! I married you because I was only taking responsibility for the child that you carried but lost! If you continue this then I will not hesitate to divorce you!" Mu Zhengsheng took Mu Shao Qing and himself to hide from their father who had exit out of the room.

"If only Mingxia hadn't taken my man first then I would not be suffering like this today!" They heard their step-mother saying having them leave before she sensed them. Mu Shao Qing whined lowly having to slump in Mu Zhengsheng's arms.

"Don't worry. It's not your fault. Father just couldn't love anyone else but our mother." Mu Zhengsheng said having to take them into the kitchen. Placing a plate of food for Mu Shao Qing, he grabbed his own now. Both would eat on their own but Mu Zhengsheng would always be busy with having to learn how to manage the fox clan since he was getting older with more duties to look after. "I'm going to the Celestial Palace soon. I'll be going to see Emperor Chang along with the other clan rulers to discuss some matters involving the alliance with the Demon realm and the Celestial realm." Mu Zhengsheng said having Mu Shao Qing quite curious about the situation.

'I thought that the clans already agreed to never set foot on one another's territory as long as one does not create war or kill another.' Mu Shao Qing thought having to look at Mu Zhengsheng who knew what was on her mind.

"We may not be able to set foot on another realm which the Demon realm and Celestial realm cannot set foot on another but Lord Yi is from the Demon realm since Emperor Chang and him are long time friends. They became a friends after a great battle with one another when Lord Yi became the Demon Realm Emperor after locking away Ding Jia." Mu Zhengsheng said having Mu Shao Qing's jaw drop just to know that. "Now, all the clans are in a huge discussion about how to have a full alliance or peace treaty since the Demon realm has never been a fan of the Celestial deities and immortals. Lord Yi will be there as well to discuss the matter with everyone." Mu Zhengsheng said having Mu Shao Qing nod.

'I hope that they can all have a conclusion. It's not good if war is going to break again having both great realms be in bloodshed.' Mu Shao Qing thought having to finish the rest of her food.

Leaving to her room, Mu Shao Qing was in a large room but it was plain having to be just a simple bed, a small desk, a few brushes that she wrote using her mouth, then a few scrolls for herself to read. Laying on her bed, she wondered all the time about herself. 'Why she was born? Why she was different?'

The following days, she had gone to the Evergreen garden and stayed there throughout the day. She laid down having to just keep herself in her questions. "You seem a bit disturbed little fox." Hearing Lord Yi beside her, she glanced up seeing how he had noticed her behavior lately. "If I had the ability to communicate with you in another way then it would be easier." Lord Yi said having Mu Shao Qing know that she can write to him but she didn't want to appear like she was just trying to win his favor and have him know that she was actually supposed to be a woman and have nine tails and be a fox.

'Lord Yi, if I did have a woman form. Would you treat me the same as you do now?' Mu Shao Qing asked herself which she never thought about it. Leaving more questions for her to wonder. Being just a regular spiritual fox makes it somehow easy to know deities better but to fool them would lead to a great consequence. Not wanting to think about the consequences, Mu Shao Qing saw a patch of leaves that were not cleaned up.

Going over, she sniffed and saw how it was recently raked into a pile. Wagging her tail, Lord Yi smiled focusing back into reading his scrolls that he would bring along to the garden. Looking at how Lord Yi would always be reading, she went up to him covered in leaves of trees. Shaking her body, she shook all the leaves off having it fly off her body and onto Lord Yi.

She didn't think about it until Lord Yi was looking at her. Seeing how the leaves were already on him and on the scroll he was reading. Whining with shock, she looked down to her paws seeing how she always messed up resulting her getting into trouble. "You always do things before you think. It's quite the thing to see around here." Lord Yi said dusting off all the leaves. He then dusted the leaves off her which she stared looking up to him.

Seeing how he didn't mind her being forgetful of her surroundings. Rubbing her head against his hand, she couldn't believe he would be like this towards her. "Uncle Yi! Uncle Yi!" Mu Shao Qing heard a very young voice coming into the garden which had her hop behind Lord Yi. He met her eye to eye seeing how she was afraid of newcomers. A little girl with common black hair and common brown eyes ran seeing Lord Yi. "Uncle Yi! Your here again?" She said having to see a little tail behind him. "What's that?" She asked pointing behind him.
