"Your making this harder than it already it is!" Athea huffed and jumped down. Every minute or so he would throw tree at her. She would always summon a purple fiery whip and slash through it.
"Im doing the world a favor!" He yelled back.
"Wait what?" Athea stopped and quickly dodged a bullet by his gun.
"You heard me! I'm saving this stupid planet! No one would ever suspect two pieces of the stone." He held the gun on her. Athea's palms covered in a purple flame faded away.
"I don't think you understand." She sighed and took of her mask. Realization hit the alien, he dropped his gun in shock.
"Your her....aren't you?" He questioned. Athea nodded in response and showed her arm with her birthmark.
"Yes I'm Athea."
"I need that or a piece of the stone. It turns out Thanos finds all stones and it leads to the destruction and annihilation of half the universe." She explained. She didn't wanted to recall the damage of her time. It brought her to tears,
"Thanos wants the stone because he believes the universe is unbalanced....In my time, it's a sad place on earth. People cry at dinner, many children are either abandoned or missing. It's not fair." She sniffled and looked down "life time friends of mine went missing. I've looked across the earth and they are just.... gone."
Yondu looked down in shame, he was suppose to prevent the end of the universe. He has failed to protect everyone from that assholes wrath.
"Please." She pleaded "don't do it for me. Do it for the people who are gonna die."
"Fine."

As Yondu extracted the other piece of the little girls heart Athea stood in the other room with her real father. She was surprised, he wasn't all weird looking. He was normal.
"So I'm your daughter." She breathed out. Her heart was hurting. She could barely breathe.

The man just stared at her in shock. He truly saw the resemblance of his wife and him in her face.
"Ho-?" She held up her hand to silence him.
"I know it sounds crazy" she sniffled and clasped her hands together "I'm here from the future. I'm here on a mission to stop the world from ending. I'm your little earthling daughter." She rubbed her eyes. She didn't want to seem weak in front of him. After all, this was the first and last time she would see him.
"I don't know happened to my memory. Something happens where I loose everything and meet another family. I'm sorry I forgot you." She sobbed. She broke down in front of her father. Athea tackled him in a hug and cried into his pajama shirt.
"I'm so sorry I forgot all about you. Father."
Her hugs, her eyes, her voice, her face. She was truly his. 'Nathan' her father hugged her back and started to cry along with her. He did his job, Athea grew up safely and into a young woman. Her mother would've been proud. They finally pulled away and stared into each other's eyes.
"Your mother would've love to see how you grew." He hiccuped and touched her cheek. Athea

"Here." Nathan lead her to the side of the room and towards and box. It was filled with an unknown treasures. He didn't want to reveal it, he would let her do so herself on her own time.
"I was waiting until you were older because you wouldn't understand but seeing I won't make it into your adult life.... I wanna give you this." He handed her a box. It was locked. He then proceeded to give her a necklace with a key.
"Here's ya stone!" Yondu interrupted the two. Athea turned around with the box in her arm. She wrapped the necklaces around her wrist and clutched it tightly. She placed the stone in pocket and zipped it up securely.
"It will be returned to younger me later after this battle is over." Athea explained. Yondu nodded and left the room. She turned to her dad and let out a sob.
"I have to go." She closed her eyes. Tears poured down her face while her fists balled up so hard she could feel her nails go through her gloves.
"I know sweetie." He sniffled and kissed her forehead. Athea started to cry and gave him a tight hug one last time. It wasn't too hard where she would suffocate him.
"I lov..e yo..u d..a...d." She sobbed into his shirt and cried louder. Nathan whimpered in her hair and gave her one last kiss on the forehead. The pulled away one last time and looked at each other.
"You better win for me." He cried and wiped a tear running down her face.
Athea nodded and grieved. With a push of a button from her suit she was gone. Her body dispersed into nothing and she was once again transported back into her time line.
