1: you can't live your life with people who tell you your only good at making others hurt. It can lead to you thinking toxic thoughts about yourself. things that people just brush of and say is a phase. If you think any of these than people tell someone you trust.
Toxic Thought: "I can't make people happy" "I don't deserve to feel happy" "I don't need to take care of myself" or "I'm not good enough"
If this kind of thinking is just pushed aside, It can make matters worse. It can lead to hating yourself and thinking about hurting your body. Seek for someone you KNOW you can trust. Make sure to know that they person you contact or talk to, is willing to help. Make sure you feel safe.
2: If someone is to care about you, they will think your hansom even if you think your not. They will but you on they're list of people they can turn to, and for people they Love and would do anything for. If you don't find someone with some of these traits, you might be in a toxic relationship. Many people suffer from that and its okay to seek help. If you think that you will not be loved because of you looks, then people have been teaching you falsehoods. And making you think its true.
3: Try to look at things you love to do. Have the inspire you to make more or do more. Don't let someone or something take your joy away because they or it makes you feel insecure or makes you think it is wrong.
