Comeback 2014

April 2014

I was nervous. This was my first comeback. The album had came out a week ago around the same time as the music video. The response to it had been positive. I was pacing around the dressing room that I was in. I was humming the tune to the song I'm singing on stage. I was being hooked up to my in ear monitor as well as microphone. I was guided to the stage by my manager who was a rookie last year my other manager was fired. I was walking to stage when I passed some idols. I was waiting just of stage before being told to go up on stage. I was in position to begin my performance

After Performance
I head back to my dressing room. I ended up passing members of Exo who tried to talk to me but my manager led me pass them. I was led into my dressing room, sitting on a chair I felt my stomach growl.

"Are you hungry Serenity?"
"Yeah."

He passed me some money

"Go getting something to eat."

Standing up I leave the room bringing the money with me. I make my way towards the cafeteria when I hear my name called, turning I see that it is members of EXO. One of them came up to me, I bowed to him. I started to talk to them, I was talking with them a few minutes when my manager came looking for me.

"Serenity"
"Manager"
"I sent you to get food not to talk to boys"
"They talked to me"

He places his hands on my shoulders

"You need to eat Serenity you haven't eaten yet. I'm sorry EXO but I'm going to go take her to get food"
"Ah it's fine we understand, we'll see you sometime Serenity."
"Ah yeah see you all."

Bowing to them I'm led to the cafeteria. I quickly get something to eat. Once I get the food I'm led back to my dressing room. Starting to eat it I looked around me. I had many thoughts going through my head as I ate. Finishing up what I was eating, throwing away the container I stand up

"Manager can I go look around?"
"Yeah"

I leave the area and start walking around. Finding a large window I look outside, it was still daylight. I was so focused on looking outside that I jump when I feel a hand on my shoulder, turning I saw it was one of my senior idols.

"You're Jonghyun of SHINee?"

He smiled at me and it was so warm

"And you're Serenity"

I couldn't help but laugh. We started to talk to each other while walking around the building keeping in mind to avoid areas where fans would be as well as cameras. The way we were acting you would think we've been friends for awhile almost like siblings.

"My members might be jealous"
"Why?"
"They like your music as well."

Shocked I grab his arm

"Really? But I'm not that good."
"You are I have a feeling you will be successful."
"I don't know."

He grabs my hand leading me towards a room

"Trust me you will also I want you to meet my members."
"What no"
"To late."

He pulls me into the room, his groups dressing room. They're shocked at seeing me with him

"Jonghyun you can't kidnap idols."
"I didn't we've been talking as well as walking around the building together."

I'm introduced to each of them

"Serenity when does your manager expect you back?"
"I'm not sure I asked if I could walk around, I should head back soon."
"Noooo"

Jonghyun wraps himself around me

"I don't want to let you go"
"I have to go"

I try to leave but he held on thightly, he was clinging

"Why don't you walk me back?"

He nodded, leaving the room I notice that all of SHINee followed us. Getting back to my room I notice that my manager was standing outside when he saw me with SHINee he only shook his head

"Serenity only you"
"What?"
"I let you go around to look and you come back with a male group."

I had to hide a laugh, leaving SHINee I wave them goodbye. Jonghyun pouted causing me to laugh, as soon as I was in my room did my manager laugh.

"You are just a magnet for male idols."
"What do you mean?"

He didn't answer me, he just laughed.

May 2014
I was in the practice room with Xavier, a friend of mine who is a trainee in the company. I was practicing my dances that I need to know, Xavier was being taught the basics of dancing. We had been here since early in the morning

"Ok you two go take a break go eat something."

We bow to DDR, grab our bags and leave the room.

"Where should we go?"
"Hmm how about the cafe not far from here."
"You're going to have to wear a mask now that you've debuted."
"Not really Xavier I'm not that well known."

He shakes his head but we leave the building. Before I can get to far my name is called looking I see that it's my manager

"Serenity, Bolshi PD wants to discuss something with you."
"Alright Sorry Xavier."
"It's fine."

Following my manager in and up to an office. I watch as he knocks on the door. The two of us enter there was four girls one that I recognise easily.

"Ah Serenity you're here."

I stand behind the girls sitting down.

"Now I know you five must be confused on why I requested you to be here. For you four I've talked about you becoming a girl group but the group needs something to it. This is where you come in Serenity, I will be debuting you five as a group."

Shocked I couldn't help but gasp

"Uh Bolshi Pd what about my solo career?"
"You will still be doing your solo career a long with the group career."

He continues talking to us about everything that will happen. The debut is expected to happen next month giving us only a few weeks to learn the dance, song and film the music video. On top of that I will have to continue my promotions for my comeback. My schedule is going to kill me. Is this group going to be a success?
