Prompt: Mor finds her mate but she's already betrothed to an enemy, will she get her happy ending?
*Hope you don't mind the twist to this request*
You could feel her gaze on you, watching your figure glide past her with stunning grace and fluidity.
You can also see her eye the arm around your waist and the man it was attached to.
Mitus was always too touchy struggling with the concept of personal space and you not wanting to be shown off like some prize he had gained.
You adapted fairly easily to his actions because you had to and you were used to acclimating quickly.
As one would have to be in this line of work.
Being "forced" to marry him had not been your plan but it would make his assassination all the much easier.
Would you do it in his sleep, poison his drink, or look him in his eyes as his life drained away like he attempted to do to your sister.
Would you even wait till you were married?
No
Not when you had finally found your mate.
Not when she was everything you'd wanted and more you just ... couldn't touch her yet.
Not until what you had waited so long to do was finally done and the burning rage in your heart vanquishes.

You didn't even make it a week.
It took you a week for you to tire of his sadistic ways and choose to strip away his dignity, pride, and entire mental stability away while you were at it.
Powers you had barely ever used but had strengthened over time became of great use.
First he forgot your sisters face and how similar you were to her.
Then her name, you dug your nails so deep in his thoughts that he couldn't even recognize such a simple name let alone pronounce it.
When you left him that night you chose not to kill him but to permanently drain him of every thought he could process about a woman.
You tore away your own face from his mind.
But you made him remember what he did to your sister.
Not her face, not her name, just what he did.
You made him fear it, regret his thoughts so terribly that they haunted him and made him turn on himself.
When you left you ran into Morrigan.
Out of all people, but kept yourself calm.
Would she think you a monster?
A woman she know couldn't love because of the sadistic pleasure you gained from making a man forgot himself and lose his mind.
All your thoughts were forgotten when she took your hands into her own and didn't even bother to ask if you were alright.
Maybe it was the bond that made her feel your unease or maybe she was just very perceptive.
I mean what else would you expect from the Morrigan.
You had not expected to break down in her arms or tell her everything you had just done and why you had did it.
You hadn't expected her to understand either or to wrap her arms around you and hold you.
But it didn't mean you weren't grateful for it.
