"What were you thinking?" Mike says, practically yelling at Will.
"We were trying to burn, the body, remember? NOT SHOOT IT IN THE HEAD!" Maya says.
"Oh..yeah, right.. i guess i wasn't really-" Will starts, before being brutally cut off: "THINKING?" Eleven adds, "yeah.. no one ever thinks when they have a gun in there hand" Max says.
Will helps Dustin off the floor, as Sinclair and Friar come over to wipe the intestines and blood off of his clothes.
"Hurry up guys, we need to leave right now, before something else decide's to join us" Farkle says.
"We'll find a small food store nearby, so we don't have to walk that far" Mike says, putting new batteries in there supercomms.
"Then we'll make a campfire at nightfall and burn the rest of these remains" Dustin says, wiping the annihilator's blood off his face.
"Get the garbage bag" Sinclair says to Will, the kids wrap up there things and put the annihilator's body back into the goo dripping garbage bag.
As they all climb out of the bunker in to the midday sunlight, fear falls upon them.
"Everyone, stay where we can see you" Eleven says, "Zay and Sinclair, you two can do a perimeter check while we walk" Mike said, as he hands Zay a com and Sinclair grabs his binocular's from his bag.
"On it" Zay says, following after Sinclair, who had already nodded and walked off.
"Alright everyone, let's move" Dustin says, He walks next to Will, as Maya and Riley walk together side by side.
Farkle and Friar walk together in front of them, while Max, Eleven, and Mike walk in the front of the group, leading the way.
"They don't seem to come out and play, when it's during the day" Sinclair says, looking around in the woods with his binocular's.
"How come?" Zay asks, "I don't really know, i guess they hibernate during the day and are some kind of nocturnal creature at night, it make's sense." Sinclair says, "Yeah and then it's easier to hunt us at night, then during the day" Zay says.
"Pretty much.. yeah" Sinclair says, squinting his eyes, as he scans the woods.
"So, i see you and that pretty cool redhead are a thing" Zay says, trying to start a conversation.
"Yeah" Sinclair says, looking over at Max without her noticing, and smiling as she laughs with Eleven about something.
"That's cute, i'm happy for you man" Zay says, gripping the spiked bat that Max gave him earlier.
"Thanks, she's great" Sinclair says, before looking in to his binocular's again.
"How long has it been with you two?" Zay asks, walking with Sinclair. "Um.. about a year and half.. i believe" He says, looking over at Zay.
"Wow, you guys are growing strong!" Zay says, Sinclair just laughs and nods, "You see that blonde beauty over there, next to the pretty brunette?" Zay says, nudging Sinclair's shoulder.
"Yeah, ...Maya right?" Sinclair asks, "That's right, her and i are practically in a relationship too.
Well, i told her i would do some romantic things with her, so she wouldn't feel left out or like a third wheel, when she hangs out with Riley and Lucas" Zay says.
"Wow, that's very generous of you" Sinclair says, "I care about her, you know, and of course i want her to be happy. The truth is, she's in love with this other guy, named Josh. But he's like three years older and what not" Zay says.
