Me and Alex are besties and have for as long as I can remember always been. I came here at the adoption center when I was five. Both parents of mine were and probably still are alcoholics, when I was three they stopped feeding me so I would steel some money run to the store and then bye some food myself. It was around the same time my dad started hitting me, and my mom would just start laughing at me when I cried.
When I finally came to the center my best friend had already been here half a year, and she had been through some of the same things as me.

We know it's kinda cheesy but we love them and it's the first birthday gift we ever got each other.
