4. What category am I allowed to enter under? How many categories can I enter? How many books can I enter?
You can enter as many books in as many categories they fall under, but an author can only win one category in a season.
5. Does my story need to be complete? Can I edit my story after submitting it?
Yes. We will only accept books that are marked complete. You can't edit your work once you have submitted it, because it goes straight into the judging pool — and it is being judged.
6. Can I submit a story I co-wrote with someone?
Co-written stories are accepted in The Novella Awards, but bear in mind that the prize will go to the profile it is published on.
7. Are mature stories allowed?
Yes, but they must abide by the Wattpad Content Guidelines.
8. Can I submit a book series?
No. Only the first book in the series is accepted. Stories that do not require a previous book to be read or can be read as a standalone are accepted.
9. Will all participants receive a review or a scoresheet?
We will be receiving a lot of entries and that would make it impossible to send out a review or a scoresheet to everyone. You can take a look at the judging criteria, to know what we will be focusing on.

11. How many words does my Novella need to have to enter?
Your entry needs to be between 15,000-40,000 words at the time of its entry.
