Chapter 3

Jades POV

"Jade Truth or Dare?" Perrie asked, "Um, Dare" I replied, I was scared of the questions she would ask if I said truth, "Ok I Dare you to sing a song" she said similing, "Um I can't sing" I said nervously, "Well you chose Dare you have to do it" She said smiling widely waiting for me to sing.

I'm gonna embarrass myself and she's gonna laugh at me and tell her friends, I thought.

Ok here goes nothing,
I heard that you're settled down,
That you found a girl and you're married now, I heard that your dreams came true, guess she gave you things I didn't give to you.
Old friend, why are you so shy?
Ain't like you to hold back or hide from the light.
I hate to turn up out of the blue, uninvited, but I couldn't start away, I couldn't fight it, I had hoped you'd see my face and that you'd be reminded that for me, it isn't over.
Never mind, I'll find Someone like you
I wish nothing but the best for you, too
"Don't forget me" I beg
I'll remember, you said
"Sometimes it lasts in love, but sometimes it hurts instead."

"Ok that's all I'm singing" I said hoping she won't say anything bad, I looked at her and she had a shocked face and her mouth open, "Jade you have a really good voice!" She said cheerfully which made me blush, "Thank you" I said quietly, "Ok your turn. Perrie Truth or Dare" I asked. "Um, Truth!"
"Ok, do you actually want to hang out with me?" I asked, "Yea! You're a lot of fun" she said smiling at me, I was shocked at her answer, but I was also happy. I gave her a wide smile, "Ok Jade your turn! Truth or Dare?" She asked, "Um Dare" I answered.

I'll say Truth the next turn. I thought.

"Ok I Dare you to introduce me to your friends tomorrow afterschool" She said grinning, that answer shocked me, "Um ok" I said nervously.

She wants to meet my friends? I thought and smiled at the thought.

"Ok Perrie, Truth or Dare?"
"Truth!"
"Ok do you actually want to be my friend?" I said questionably, "Yes! Of course I do! You're very pretty and nice. You're also a lot of fun!" She said and gave me a hug, the hug was soft and I didn't want to pull away. She pulled away and then gave me a smile. I felt my cheeks burning, "Ok Truth or Dare?" She asked, "Um, Tru-" I was interrupted by Perries phone ringing, "Oh it's my mom, I'll be back" she said, "Ok take your time" I said nicely and waited for her. After a few minutes she came back, "My mom wants me to be home for dinner" she said with a small frown of her face.

Did she not want to leave my house? Does she actually like hanging out with me? I thought.

"Oh ok" I said giving her a small smile, "I'll be back tomorrow to finish the project. Maybe we can hangout tomorrow after we do the project?" She asked sounding hopeful, "Yea! I'll see you tomorrow then" I said happily. I opened the door for her. She started to walk to the door and looked at me, "Thank you Jade" she said softly and gave me a tight hug, "Bye!" She said and walked out the door, "Bye Perrie!" I said and closed the door.

I have never been so happy in my life. This was a really good day and hopefully tomorrow is like today! I thought and headed to my room.

I got to my room and plopped myself on the bed with a huge smile on my face. I didn't eat dinner today, I usually skip dinner anyway. I just went down to the kitchen and ate a few biscuits. I went back upstairs to my room and took a shower. I got out and heard a knock on the door. It was only 7:00 P.M, my mom couldn't be home yet. I heard the knock again and I quickly dried my body and put on a long sleeve shirt and short shorts and ran down the stairs. I heard the knock again, "Coming!" I yelled and opened the door. I was shocked to see Perrie. "Jade? Is that you?" She said looking at me, I realized that I didn't have my glasses and my hair was down, "Um, yea it's me" I said shyly, "Why are you here?" I asked confused, "Oh I left my book bag and just came to get it" she said with a little giggle. "Oh ok, come inside". I walked to the living room and she followed and closed the door. I sat down on the couch and she grabbed her book bag and came towards me. I was a bit confused, I thought she would've just left, "I like your hair down. You should keep it down more often" she said and gave me a small smile. "T-Thank you" I stuttered and blushed at her compliment. "Bye Jade!" "Bye Perrie" she gave me a hug and left. I was smiling like and idiot when she left. I watched the tv for a bit and it was getting pretty late so I decided to go to sleep. I went to bed and I couldn't fall asleep, all I could think about was Perrie. Finally after 30 minutes a fell asleep.
