Chapter 6

Perries POV

(Flashback to when Perrie and Jade became project partners)

I woke up from the sound of my alarm. I got up and brushed my teeth. I got dressed and went downstairs. My parents already left for work. They work a lot and are never home when I wake up. I ate some breakfast and left. I walked to school because I didn't live too far away. I saw my group of friends and walked to them. "Perrie!" Camila yelled, "Hey Camila" I said waving, "Hey guys" I said to the rest of the group. We exchanged hellos and started walking to class. It was just a usual boring school day. Gigi needed help carrying things and I was gonna late for my English class. "Gigi can you please hurry up I'm late" I said a bit annoyed, "Ok just a few more minutes" She said, I was getting really annoyed. "Ok you can go now" Gigi said, I started running to class, I didn't want to be anymore late. I arrived to English class out of breath. "Sorry Ms. Hemmings" i said out of breath, " Perrie, you're late. Again, so I'm gonna have to give you detention afterschool" Ms. Hemmings said, I nodded and sat in my seat.

"Ok class, I'm gonna be assigning partners for the project" Ms. Hemmings said, I just continued to stare at my desk waiting for Ms. Hemmings to tell me who my partner was. "..... Liam and Zayn, Harry and Louis, Niall And Ally, Jade and Perrie..." she finally said my name.

I guess a girl named Jade is my partner, I thought.

"Ok class, move and sit next to your partners" the teacher said and sat at her desk. I got up from my chair and went to sit next to Jade.

"Hello, I'm Perrie Edwards" I introduced my self and held out a hand for her to shake. She looked at me and I'm not gonna lie she is beautiful. "Um H-He-Hello I'm J-Jade T-Th-Thirlwall" She stuttered and shook my hand.

She is very cute, I thought. I might be crazy , but when we shook hands I felt something in my arm. Maybe I'm just crazy.

"So Who's house are we going to for the project? I asked, "Umm, we could go to my house? My mom is gonna be working late today anyway.", "Ok here is my number, text me your address and I'll come over after I get out of detention" I handed her a paper and smiled. "Wow your smile is so amazing" she said, "Thank You" I said shyly, I wasn't expecting that. Her eyes widened realizing what she said and quickly smiled at me. I said bye and went to my next class.

It was really weird cause I couldn't stop thinking about her for some reason. It was a really strange feeling. She is so cute and beautiful. I went on with my day. Soon enough it was time for lunch.

I sat with my friends. I would quickly look at Jade a few times. I don't think she noticed though, but she looked really happy. She sat with her usual two friends. Lunch finished and I have music next with my friends. I walked into the music room with Camila, Lauren, Danielle, Gigi, and Sharon. I saw Jade playing the guitar and her friends playing the other instruments. I've only really noticed Jade when Gigi and my friends bully her. I don't bully her because I don't like to bully people, but I don't stop it.

Jade started playing the guitar and it was really good and I gave her a small smile. Soon enough Gigi did her usual bullying to Jade. My friends started to laugh at Jade and they walked towards her. "Give me the guitar loser!" Gigi said. Usually, when Gigi does this to Jade I know really feel anything I just watch, but this time I felt really bad for Jade. "No I'm using it" Jade replied, "Fine I'll just take it then" Gigi said and grabbed the guitar. I just watched it happen.

Should I do something?, I thought to myself.

She walked to her friends and started to cry. This is the first time I felt really bad for her. Seeing her cry right now made my heart ache. "Haha she's crying. That's what you get you pig. Don't you dare say no to me again!" Gigi yelled and Jade ran out of the music room. "I need the bathroom guys, I'll be back" I said quickly and went to the bathroom.
