Next Morning
I went to my room when we got back, and never went back down to the boys while they came up to knock on my door, asking if I'm okay. Ashton had brought food up at one point, staying in there for a bit but I made no movement towards it. I just lay there, staring at my ceiling. He left after about thirty minutes which I was happy with but wished it was sooner. And now here am I, just still in bed. I know I must get up to go do my daily routine but I seem to have no energy left, it uses enough to reach over and grab my phone. 11:56am, I jolt up knowing I haven't done my morning check on my body. I get really stressed out when I don't do it at the right times, it is my routine to do it on the right hours. I jump up from my bed, stumbling to nearly collapse on the ground but somehow keeping me up and rushing into the bathroom. I grab my scales from hiding spot, stripping my clothes and begin the routine. Finally finishing, placing them back in the hiding spot before heading out to my wardrobe to throw on some winter clothes due to the fact I am shivering from how cold it is. I realize I have to go down sooner or later, so I open my door slowly and softly then make my way down the stairs. I find the boys gathered in the kitchen, most with their shirts off which then makes me question how they are when it is so cold.
Well, you are weakMichael POV
All the boys and I are in the kitchen talking about upcoming songs, Alice and what we should do. We then hear soft patters coming down and entering the same room as us, we all look before going back to talking not wanting to stress her with staring but I can't help looking a little longer, she is in a thick jumper, baggy fluffy pyjama pants which are almost falling from her waist and thick wool socks. It is a hot summers day, the boys and I have been sweating even with the AC on. Calum nudges me, turning my attention back to the boys and smiling weakly at them but how can I truly smile when I see our favourite girl in pain and danger?Later On in the Afternoon
Alice POV
I hear the boys shut the back door from mucking around out in the backyard, while I am curled up on the couch in one of my favourite blankets with Skins playing but I can't seem to focus because my mind keeps drifting away from it. My eyes begin to drop, growing heavier when I hear footsteps walk and stop. I use as much energy as I can, seeing Luke standing in the doorway watching me. I shut my eyes again, too lazy to fight or complain about how I hate being looked at like I am broken when I am perfectly fine.
I am, right?
Of course! More then fine, you are getting thin!
Hearing this, I smile to myself before falling into a light sleep. It feels as I have had the tiniest nap when I wake up to hear voices talking near me, I finally begin to recognise the voices as Michael and Calums. I try to pay attention and hear every word but it is challenging when I continue to fight tiredness.
"She needs to go to hospital or something, she..." Calum speaks "Or a doctor."
"I know, and I have tried but she wants nothing to do with it." Michael.
"You know, even if she is of age, if her brain isn't properly working then she can't have a say where she goes?"
Wait- what?
Now, I was listening and I didn't like what I was hearing.
"Any of us could, but maybe go Ashton as he is the oldest." Cal tells him "You just have to prove to the judge that she isn't capable of making her own decisions even if she is over the age of eighteen."
It goes silent till Michael speaks those deadly words "Yeah, let's call the doctor."
Short, 710 words. Hope you enjoyed~
