Today was a doctors appointment to find out the gender and Kyoya took you when he came home from work and he was helping you walk just like the last times you were pregnant
"Will you do this every time I'm pregnant?" You ask and Kyoya nods
"Of course your my beautiful wife." Kyoya says helping you into the car
The twins ran out to you and Kyoya
"No don't leave!" The twins say clinging onto kyoyas leg
"Don't worry girls grandma is gonna watch you both as we go to my doctor appointment we'll be back." You say and kyoyas mom tries to get the twins inside but they refused
"Girls we'll be home soon but mommy needs to go to her doctor appointment to make sure your baby sibling is ok." Kyoya says and the twins sadly go to their grandma
You and Kyoya then leave to the doctor appointment

You and Kyoya were waiting for the doctor and Kyoya was nervous
"Your nervous why?" You ask and Kyoya smiles at you
"I've always been nervous each time I don't know why."
"Maybe your nervous something is wrong and you don't want that." You say and Kyoya nods as he holds your hand
"Yeah maybe that's it babe." Kyoya says kissing your hand and you smile at him
After a few more minutes the doctor came and you got your ultra sound
"Congrats Mr and Mrs ootori your having a........"
