"what's the matter? why aren't you talking again? and what is that look in your face? why are you smiling so strange?"

seohyun fired the boy with questions as they were walking home down the streets and facing him time by time.

she just find him weird for smiling after he just kissed her, on the cheek, that he doesn't even know why too.

they both stopped as they reached seohyun's place she's staying at, renjun again smiled at her and it's really just uncontrollable for him.

i wish i could kiss her on the lips, too. he thought

"i'm just happy." renjun answered her that made her laugh out loud, "why?"

"i missed you." she stated.

the boy chuckled, "me too, now get in before mark could get us."

"okay," she smiled that melted him even more, "thank you for today and goodbye, see you tomorrow."

he just smiled and waved a little, watching her walk away and get inside.

she smiled back at him before opening the door and got in, completely forgetting that her brother might've been mad or such.

and so, as she got in, "where is renjun?!"

seohyun jolted, hearing her brother yell and immediately approached her with the other boys trailing with him, "yeah where is he don't tell me he would just leave like that, without even apologizing or explaining himself?" donghyuck raised an eyebrow with his arms crossed.

"you guys startled me!" she hold onto her chest, rolling her eyeballs

"you should've just at least told us you were going or texted me but no, you didn't and you both kept ignoring us." mark stated.

"is he still there? i'm getting him." jaemin walked towards the door. while mark hissed, holding onto his temple.

"no! just let him leave! we didn't do anything, duh." she stopped him by holding his arm.

donghyuck sighed out of nowhere, shaking his head and walked towards the door as well, "i'm leaving. let them be, mark, at least she went home safe and not that late. so i'm leaving now, see you tomorrow."

he got out and halted as he saw renjun, leaning his back on a post lamp a meter away the apartment.

he wasn't in the mood to try asking him what happened so he just walked pass him but later on he felt that renjun was following him behind.

"donghyuck, wait." he tried to keep up with his tracks, "i'm sorry for making you worry, for her.." he said under his breath.

"you made us worry." donghyuck uttered, "but it's okay."

"donghyuck, can i ask you something?" he just looked at him and got a nod, "do you like her? i mean, i know, i can see it, you obviously do so please do tell her immediately cause she literally feel the same."

donghyuck scoffed at him, "where is this coming from?" he asked as they both stopped walking, facing each other.

"she wants me to help her about what she feels for you, i-i don't want to get involved in this, hyuck. sounds gay and childish but i don't want to get hurt-"

"what's the matter about it? then make her feel different, i'm not stepping in your way, make her like you, not me. look, we're best friends and i want to stay like that, so please... i'm stepping away." he said, averting his gaze somewhere else.

"please don't say that, i just wanted to make sure that you both feel the same with each other, you'll be good together, i can see she's deeply in love with you." renjun almost whispered, looking down while shaking his head.

"okay now, i don't like her. also, mark doesn't like me, for her. we'll stay friends, forever or whatever. and if you say so, she isn't in love with me but you, i'm her best friend so i know more than you do." donghyuck slid his hands inside his pocket, looking away then laughed after his sentence.

"so what do you mean? what are you trying to say?" the elder looked confused, wanting him to clarify what he was telling him.

donghyuck hissed, "just go date her! i trust you more than anyone around her, even myself, just.. go or it'll be too late for you again. man up, we still got seven days, okay?" and hit renjun lightly on his chest, laughing again.

"t-thank you then.." the boy looked fazed didn't know what to react or say.

later on as they continued walking, renjun asked, "so-uh.. how?"
