waking up to the sight of your crush peacefully sleeping whilst hugging them closer seems to be amazing. well, that's how jisung felt when he woke up at the sight of renjun peacefully sleeping in his arms.

the latter caressed renjun's soft hair while staring at the peaceful face, he's so beautiful and the younger can't deny that he really is in love with him.

still caressing his soft brown locks, jisung pulls the chinese closer, afraid to let him go.

"ji, i can't breathe.." renjun says, releasing a soft chuckle which is a music to jisung's ears.

"oh." the younger male says, "sorry. i'm afraid to let go." he made his grip on the older loose.

"and i'm afraid i'm letting go first" renjun thought snuggling closer at the korean while sniffing his scent, removing that thought off of his mind as he wanted to spend this day without worrying about his health.

it's still six in the morning but the two here is awake, just cuddling with each other in silence and enjoying each other's presence.

"i never knew this is a good feeling." jisung broke the silent atmosphere.

"me too, ji." renjun replies, leaning his head on jisung's chest as he stared at the blank wall.

"aren't you gonna go back to sleep?" the younger asks, looking down on the chinese.

renjun felt his eyes on him, making him look up to the younger "i'm cherishing the moment."

jisung laughs at the older's joke. "i mean we can always do this forever."

renjun only smiled and broke eye contact, leaning his head on the younger's chest again. "i'm sorry, ji."

renjun felt his heart stop beating for a few seconds, making him freeze and started hyperventilating. the chinese stood up from his lying position and jisung did the same, worried about the older who started breathing abnormally out of nowhere.

"ji.. pl-please call m-mark.." the chinese says between breaths making jisung do what he was told.

once mark was in the room with an also worried donghyuck, "shit. hyuck, take the car keys."

jisung was confused. is there something he didn't know?

"what is happening, hyung?" jisung asks worriedly, looking at the emergency room where renjun is at while tears are forming in his eyes.

donghyuck hugs the younger, "as much as we wanted to tell you, we're not in the place to do so."

a doctor comes out of the ER, alarming them. "patient huang renjun's family?"

jisung broke the hug and went in front of the doctor with mark and donghyuck following.

"the patient is transferred to room 119, you can visit him now but please be careful."

the three made their way to the said room and saw renjun staring blankly at the ceiling. both mark and donghyuck made their way to the couch while jisung quickly went up to the latter.

"what is happening, hyung?" jisung says, holding the chinese's small hand.

"ji.." renjun looks up to the younger and tried his best not to let his tears fall. "i-i'm sorry.."

"h-hyung why a-are you saying s-sorry?" jisung says, grabbing the small hand that's currently caressing his cheeks.

"b-because i can't be w-with you forever.."

that statement made jisung confused. what does he mean by not being with jisung forever? did he do something wrong? it's only been hours since they wete together.

"w-wha-"

"i don't have much time, ji." renjun starts. "i'm sorry i can't be with you for a long time. i'm sorry i can't be with you forever."

"what are you s-saying, hyung?" by now, both of them are crying.

mark and donghyuck felt bad for both jisung and renjun. it's day 5 and renjun's sickness started to worsen.

"ji.." renjun says, caressing the latter's cheeks once again "let's make you happy with my last two days on earth, yeah?"
