the following week, taehyung and jungkook were getting ready for the wedding at now, their apartment.
"ugh, i'm kinda nervous about meeting your whole family." taehyung admitted while sitting on the bed messing his hair that wasn't behaving like he wanted it to.
jungkook looked at him through the mirror, "don't worry baby, i'm sure my grandparents will love you." he reassured then added, "but.."
"no please don't tell me you have that evil aunt that doesn't accept you because you're gay please." taehyung begged only to hear the other chuckle, "how did you know?" he asked.
"we all have those, don't we?" taehyung asked rhetorically, "but seriously! does she have to be there?""listen, she doesn't like me, so she most probably won't like you. but don't let her ruin our day, yeah? she never has anything nice to say so i'll try my best to keep you away from her, but please if it happened and we met her, don't let what she says get to you, okay? please."
taehyung nodded, "okay. but there's something really important though."
"what is it?" jungkook asked and taehyung pointed at his hair, "i won't be going to any wedding with my hair looking like this!"
jungkook laughed and walked over to taehyung to help him.the time of the wedding came, and they all watched as the bride and groom said their vows and promises to each other, and now it was time for the party, finally. (i'm too lazy to describe the wedding ceremony oops.)
namjoon and mina, his new wife, were sitting as everyone congratulated them. jungkook making fun of them every now and then but that's not important.
"you're really a married man now! i can't believe mina actually agreed to marry you." jungkook joked and mina was quick to defend her husband, "don't talk to my husband like that young man."
taehyung giggled, "you deserved it." he whispered to jungkook.jungkook turned to look at his boyfriend, "shut up you, i still can't get over how pretty you look today." he said and taehyung smiled softly, "you shut up and stop being cheesy."
"okay you two stop whispering things to each other and go say hi to your family jungkook." namjoon urged and jungkook huffed before nodding, "fine, let's go tae."
"oh jungkook dear, i missed you." an old lady said and jungkook quickly hugged her, "i missed you too grandma. you too grandpa!" he said as he let go of the female and hugged her husband.
when he let go of them, he took taehyung's hand in his, "guys this is my boyfriend, taehyung." taehyung shyly smiled at the two in front of him and reached his hand out for a handshake, but the lady pulled him into a hug. "i can't believe you're dating someone so handsome, i'm naeyon, jungkook's grandma." she introduced herself once she let go of him, "nice to meet you." he said politely and smiled.
the two couple had some small talk before the grandparents excused themselves to go talk with their newlywed son.
"they're so sweet." taehyung said once they were alone again and jungkook nodded before pecking his lips."you're not alone anymore, i see." a young woman said and jungkook clenched his jaw when he heard the voice of his annoying aunt.
"nice to see you again, taeyon." jungkook obviously lied and she smiled the smile he hates too much, "are you his boyfriend?" she looked at taehyung who nodded slightly, "i'm taehyung."
"and i don't care." she replied and jungkook shut her up, "if you don't have anything nice to say, then excuse us, we have better things to do."she chuckled at that, "like what? slow dance and pretend you aren't the only faggots here? look around you, there's no one as disgusting as you."
jungkook took taehyung's hand in his and walked away with him, "don't listen to her, okay?" taehyung nodded, but he's not gonna lie, that was a hurtful thing to say.
"let's dance, hmm?" jungkook suggested once he heard the slow music starting to play. "we'll really be the only faggots dancing." taehyung chuckled and jungkook nodded, "this is my father's wedding, the least we can do is be one of a kind." he smiled at taehyung who smiled back and connected their lips together before they started dancing. the rest of their night was full of laughter and so much love, ugly words being the last thing on their minds.
