If you were someone passing by, you would see a nervous young man in front of a house, but if you really knew the context of the situation, you would be freaked out.
The person known as (Y/n) Kobayashi has been seen as a easy going, always positive kind of person, seeing him nerveous is a scene to behold.
It was just yesterday when Asahina told him her parents wanted to meet him, mostly her father, since the mother already saw him.
So, gulping a lot of saliva, he knocked the door, a long hour of seconds passed when the door opened, and the person who opened it was a tall man, he had agressive brown eyes, his hair was stylish like a mafia boss, with plenty of hair gel.
"So, you are the boy" Said the man with a low tone "I finally met you, my name is- A girl voice interrupted the man.
"Gyaaah~ old man, i told not to greet him"
"B-but Hina-chan, i wanted to see the boy that stole my baby heart" The man said with a tone different than earlier.
"I ALREADY TOLD YOU NOT TO CALL ME THAT- anyways (Y/n), i'm glad that you make it here without problems"
"Hina? (Y/n)-kun's already here? Darling! Stop teasing him, you must be tired, come take a seat" Asahina's mom appeared " I'm glad i finally got to see you again, i think i didn't introduced myself properly, my name is Momoka Midorikawa, Hina's mom"
"It's my pleasure meating you ma'am!" (Y/n) bowed.
"Yeah, same, it'sa pleasure, darling you too" Momoka replied "And, call me Momoka"
"Whatever kiddo" said Asahina's father.
"Don't hear him, he was exited to meet you"
"Honey!!! He doesn't need to know that" replied Asahina's dad embarrassed.
(Y/n) chuckled, he thought that this seems to be and interesting family.
"So (Y/n), i think i already told you to take a seat"
"Right! Sorry, he he, so, if you excuse me"
"It's over here, remember this is your house" said Momoka with a smile "Hina, help me with dinner, (Y/n) dinner will be ready in a moment, while you wait relax"
"Ok, thanks"
(Y/n) proceeded to sit in one of the small sofas. A tasty and amazing smell came from the kitchen, it may be the dinner thought (Y/n).
"That's it" A sound interrupted (Y/n) thoughts, it was Asahina's father sitting in the big sofa "So, how did you met Hina-chan, if you excuse me, but you don't seem to be vert athletic to be a member of the Track Team"
"Yeah you're right, sometimes i feel sick, so the teacher allow me to rest in PE classes, one day i saw Hin-Asahina-san training, and i thought that she was pretty amazing, i started to admire her, something not crush related, i wanted to be liker her, she was everything i couldn't be. I started to watch her... And now that i her it, that sounds very stalkey *chuckle*. And one i found out that i liked her, so i send her a love letter, and here we are"
*sob* *sob* "I wasn't prepared for that *sniff* (Y/n)-kun you're a good boy" Asahina's father said while crying "You know, Hina-chan amd my older daughter are my world, and of course my wife too, when i heard that Hina-chan had a boyfriend that almost gave me a heart attack, i wondered what kind of guy he was, and i'm glad that it was you, that being said, you promise me that you will protecther?"
"Of course, Hina happiness is above mine, mister i promise you that i will protect her, even with my life"
"I see, i leave her in your hands, treat her well"
"Umu"
While dinner was ready (Y/n) and Midorikawa-san talked for a while.
Little timeskip.
"Dinner's ready? Sorry for the wait" Momoka said from the kitchen "dear help me with the table"
"Let me help too" Said (Y/n).
"No need to do that, (Y/n) you're our guest" Said Midorikawa-san with a smile.
"Bu-(Y/n) was interrupted by Midorikawa-san.
"No buts, you just need to wait"
After the table is set.
The meal was your typical japanese dinner food, miso soup with a delicious smell, pickled vegetables accompanied by fish, your simple but tasty white rice, green tea for the teenagers and Momoka and beer for Asahina's father.
"Thank you for the meal" Said everyone, then everybody started to eat.
While eating everybody talked, her parents embarrassed Asahina with her chilhoods stories, she shut them with a red face, Momoka asked (Y/n) about his life, parents, siblings, hobbies, dreams, etc. All of them enjoyed the talk and the food.
"It was delicious, thanks Momoka-san, let me help with the dishes, and i won't accept a no for answer.
"If you say so"
After finishing the dishes, they jept talking until it was too late.
Later that night.
"Are you sure you don't wanna stay for the night?" Said Momoka's husband.
" I really appreciate the invitation, but i promised my parents to came home, but i really liked the food and the invitation, thanks a lot all of you"
"If you say so, remember (Y/n)-kun you're free to come whenever you want" said (Y/n)'s father-in-law.
"Hina-san"
"Yea- before she could end, (Y/n) kissed her, making her parents blush as much as her.
"I'll see you in school"
"H-hey w-WAIT!"
