alvaro romero fanficthe following weeks consisted of alvaro & yuliana continuously being on their phones, smiling & laughing at the stupidest shit ever. "what are you smiling at yuli?" her mom asked. "huh? oh nada mami," yuli replied briefly looking back at her phone. her mom, valeria, walked to the living room where yuli was at and grabbed her phone out of her daughters hands. "mira mira! quien es alvaro?" mamá valeria asked her daughter who had a blush on her face. "mi amigo, can i have back my phone?" yuli answered her mom reaching to get her phone when her mom snatched it back. yuli knew it was time for a questionnaire of alvaro and who he was. "fine! he's from irvine, bestfriends with alejandro, el de doña coco, he can to the restaurant last week and asked for my number," yuli said answering most of the questions her mom probably had for her. "irvine? estamos bien," her mother returned her phone back. yuli laughed since she knew her grandpa was from irvine, mama valeria's dad. everyone in the family had respect for the people in irvine. they were from santa ana but her grandparents met in irvine.

yuli frantically ran to her moms room, where her mom was watching 'la rosa de guadalupe'. "AMAAAAAA!" she said running into her moms room. "que yuli?" she said, her eyes not leaving the tv screen. "alvaro is picking me up for dance practice!" the girl said eagerly. "so i'm not taking you, que bueno have fun!" mama valeria said finally smiling at the girl. "tell me when ur in uniform so i can do your hair," her mother said, yeah yuli was 18 but the hair was a big part of dance and she wanted it to be perfect. dance, ballet folklorico, faldas, tacones, & zapateos. she had practice every tuesday, thursday & friday. her tia sarahí owned the company. tía sarahí, yessenia's mom, yuliana's dad's sister. her tia which was like an older sister she never got.after yuli's mom finished doing her daughters hair, she told the girl to get her dance bag ready. "mom! have you seen the alcohol?" yuli yelled looking for it in the closet they had by the bathroom. "yeah! esta en el tocador de yael!" her mother yelled back while we mom was getting ready to look presentable for when she walked her daughter out the door. yael was yuliana's older brother, he was 19, only a year older. yuliana grabbed the bottle of alcohol and her tacones and took them outside. she opened the bottle and poured a bit of it inside the sole of the shoe. the shoes were new, she needed to break them in and everyone broke them in this way. after she put the liquid on she quickly put on the shoes. getting up from the chair and walking normally, as if the heels weren't even there. she walked to her room, turning off her lights and grabbing her dance bag. she got a text from alvaro saying that he was in front already. "ya me voy mamá!" yuli screamed to her mom. "espera me!!!" her mom screamed back while she was walking into the living room where her daughter was. "okay ya, i'll walk you out," the mom said making her daughter laugh. yuli walked away from her. she got in the car and just greeted him with a 'hey'. he waved at her mom goodbye and so did yuli. once they were on the road, yuli gave him a kiss on the cheek. "i wanted to do that but my mom was right there," yuli said watching the blush on alvaro's face go from light pink to red as a tomato. "thanks for the kith, now pon tu música," alvaro told the girl. she connected her phone and began playing 'y llegaste tu'. "really, this oldie?" alvaro said rolling his eyes, he wanted to listen to uzi or carti. "y llegaste tuuuuuuu, como primaveraaaa, en el frío invierno a mi corazónnnnnnn!' yuliana sang beautifully. it was shocking to alvaro, what else can this beautiful girl do? "what the fuck-" alvaro said stunned completely shocked on how she could sing that good. "what? i know it sounds bad right," yuli told the cute boy. "shut up right now before i kiss you-" alvaro said but that wasn't supposed to come out his mouth. "so then kiss me, pretty boy," yuliana said. damn they're taking risks today. alvaro drove a bit faster he did want to kiss her. he just thought they were going a bit too fast. when they were at the studio, alvaro parked way in the back. "so about that kiss?" alvaro said leaning in on yuli. this was his chance. they both smiled going into the kiss. their hearts doing flips and butterflies were everywhere on the inside. as they were getting out the kiss, alvaro smiled and laughed.
"alright, lets go!" yuli said while opening the door. they walked down the parking lot hand in hand. "so, what do you do here?" alvaro asked the girl while walking down the big parking lot, they were walking fairly slow. "well, i dance, i express me & my culture," yuliana answered. "are you close with your teacher?" alvaro asked, he seemed to have a lot of questions. "actually, yeah she's my tia, my dad's sister!" yuli answered his question and they made their way inside the company studio.
hearing oooo's from everyone at the company since yuli & alvaro were holding hands. "calm down guys!" yuli said with a blush on her face. "here varo, sit down on that chair over there and saca mi falda," yuliana told the taller boy. "okay, lets hope i know what it is!" alvaro responded to her.
she went into the sign in log and had a brief talk with her tia. "can you tie it?" yuli innocently asked varo. "sure," he replied. he grabbed her waist and the ribbon the long skirt, tying a knot on the back and asking her if it's tight enough, surprisingly, it was.
after dance, alvaro was driving the girl home. when he dropped her off, yuli invited him inside but he said no. she insisted, so he finally went inside."mami! ya llegue!" yuli yelled to her mom, alvaro was very nervous, he was about to shit himself, he's never had a girl friend let alone a actual girlfriend or relationship. "yo, calm down," yuli whispered softly to varo. "hola mija, como te fue? hola mijo, como te llamas?" mamá valeria asked both of them. valeria was very approachable, she was kind to everyone until they fucked around with her or her husbands family. "alvaro, doña." alvaro replied and shook her hand. "well alvaro, i hope to see you here more often, are you hungry? also call me valeria!" yuli's mom said to the boy who had calmed down. "not really, but thanks," alvaro said nicely. yuli shook her head and grabbed his arm. "sit, you're gonna eat with us!" yuli said surprising alvaro. valeria got straight to work and started serving up the flautas. "i hope you like these," mamá valeria said putting a plate of 5 flautas in front of alvaro. he put crema, lettuce & green salsa on his flautas. he was kinda plain. on the other hand, yuliana only wanted 3 and she put onions, tomato, crema, salsa, & lettuce.
after most of the family finished their meal, alvaro thanked mamá valeria and yuli walked him out the door it was 8:30 and it was getting pretty late and he lived a bit far so it was time to go. "so i guess this is bye for a bit?" yuliana said questioning it a but since she really didn't wanna get ghosted after he just met her mom. "bye? what are you talking about? i'll be here for you whenever you want," alvaro said leaning in to kiss the slightly shorter girl. they kissed again, moving too fast? we've never heard of that.
after alvaro was home, he texted yuli that he had gotten there safely. yuli blushed to herself just thinking about the boy. they both feel asleep with a warm feeling of love in the air.
