"Mek!" said Boss cheerfully. He was holding his bag so tight that his friends wondered what's inside of it. Mek stood up from his seat and looked at him with curiosity.

"Boss? What are you doing here at this hour? You normally come late on Tuesdays."

"I know I knoww~ But look what I got!" He opened his bag and took out a box. It was nicely decorated with a ribbon and a note paper on it.

"What's this? And who is it for?"

"It's for Sass. I will try to ask her out today. I thought a present would charm her." Even though Mek felt heartbroken, he didn't say anything. He just nodded and crossed his arms.

"Are you sure she will say yes to you?"

"Hah? Why do you say something like that? Try to think positive!" Mek just nodded again. He was really annoyed but at the same time, he was used to it.

It has been like this since sophomore year of high school. Mek started to like Boss at those times and thought it was just a small crush. But here we are, 6 years later, in junior year of university. And guess which dumbass is still in love with Boss?
Yeah, we all know the answer to it.

"Mek! Are you listening to me?!" Mek blinked when Boss screamed at him.

"Huh, what?"

"Wow, rude. You shouldn't doze off while I am talking to you."

"And why is that?"

"Because I'm your wife, remember?" He pinched Meks cheek and smiled in a very cute way. Mek couldn't say anything, he just smiled sadly and messed his hair up. "What are you doing?! I spent an hour to make this hairr~ Now it's messed up.." Mek looked at the boy who was now sulking while trying to fix his hair.

"You look so cute right now. Do you know that?" Boss stopped fixing his hair and slightly lifted his head in order to look his face. He looked into his hazel eyes and can't help but smile a little bit.

"I know." That was the only thing that came out of his mouth. Mek cleared his throat while blinking a couple times. Okay, this was getting a little bit weird. Boss looked at their friend group and walked towards them with a big smile. Mek looked at them with an emotional smile. Seeing him happy made his every day tolerable. He felt like the smile Boss gave to him every day is like his morning coffee.

After the classes, Boss went to confess to Sass. Mek grabbed his guitar and went to an empty classroom and pulled the guitar out of its case. After tuning it, he started to silently play a song.

"He stares at his ceiling once again, with a hundred thoughts. Maybe he know who I am.. Actually, probably not.." He got up and continued to sing with his eyes closed. "He walks down the hall with his head down low, scared to meet his eyes. Cause even when he hears his voice, he's swarmed with butterflies.." He could feel his eyes were watering, but he continued. "Oh it's impossible to get you off my mind... I think about a hundred thoughts and you are ninety-nine.." His voice cracked a little bit in the last part. He could feel a warm tear slowly falling down to his cheek, leaving a warm and a little bit itchy path behind. "I've understood that you will never be.. mine... And that's.. Fine. I'm just breaking inside." When he understands he can't go on anymore, he put his guitar in its case, sat on the table and covered his face with his hands.

"I can't do this alone anymore. This is too much." His voice was shaking, just like his body. He just wanted to be loved. Nothing too much.

"Mek?" Mek opened his eyes and immediately stood up to look at his friend.
"Ah Tee! What's u-" Mek stopped talking when Tee suddenly hugged him tightly. He couldn't do anything for a couple of seconds, but then, tears started to pour from his eyes one after another. He buried his face in Tees shoulder while sobbing. He hugged him tightly and clenched to his shirt. He was crying out loud and sobbing. He was heartbroken, devastated, sad, alone... Anything you can imagine, he was feeling it. He never understood how much he was hurting until now. His heart was hurting so much, his head spins and he felt like he couldn't breathe. His loud cries echoed in the classroom, along with Tees silent sobs. When Mek felt his legs were getting weaker, he dropped himself on the ground. Tee sat on the floor, still hugging his friend without saying a word. It was clear that he needed this for a really, really long time. While hugging him, Tee wiped his tears in order to not make his friend feel bad.
Mek was a shy person, he talked very little but you don't always need words or sentences for a friendship. He could easily understand his actions.
A couple of minutes later, Mek was a little bit better. At least he was not crying his heart out now. Tee continued to rub his friends back while silently talking.

"Mek... I know everything." Mek stopped sobbing but didn't lift his head.

"How?"

"I saw the emotions in your eyes while looking at Boss. There were so many emotions that even I felt overwhelmed every time when I saw how you looked at him." Mek chuckled a little.

"Do you think the other understood it too?"

"Nah they are too dumb." Both of them laughed while separating. Tee wiped away his tears with his jacket and then smiled.

"You are not alone in this anymore, I'm with you. I will be by your side and cheer for you." Mek smiled sadly while a tear fell down to his cheek.

"Thank you, Tee. Thank you so much."

"No problem. We are friends and this is what friends are for." They hugged one last time and got up from the floor. After calming down a little bit, they left the classroom.
