"Mum." I repeated with a nervous smile.
" Also some roti too!"
"Mum." I said getting a little frustrated.
" There's some baclava in the kitchen and your dress is coming today and I ju-"
"Mum!" I raised my voice with a worried look in my eyes.
Mum looked up. I could see the worried look in her eyes. She was crying.

I cried on her shoulder, her warmth -ness surrounding me. I enjoyed the moment while I could. I lied. I had to get away somehow. I couldn't get married to him. Not now.Not ever.
