Gotham
One month has passed since Killstrike and Starjack, pretending to be the Celeris liaison, went to Gotham to find Tempest, their missing companion. The few days' mission turned out to be a month-long mission, as, for some unknown reason, Celeris isn't allowing Killstrike to return to Markovia. So the two Outsiders are spending their time in Gotham searching for real evidence on the place where Celeris might have sent Tempest, but Gotham city in 2099 is one of the biggest cities in the world, in order to search the entire city the Outsiders have the help of Batman, the Gotham city protector.

In the POINT Celeris approaches Louis McGovern, the WayneCorp CEO, in order to accord the end of a stone in Celeris shoes... the Outsiders that were left back in Markovia.
"McGovern, can you fix me that situation, while Killstrike & Starjack are in your city?"
"I will keep them away from Trauma, but beyond that, I cannot help you more. What I can do is request LexCorp's S.T.E.E.L. (Security Teams Environmental Enforcement Liason) unit to resolve your Markovians bugs."
"I would appreciate that!"
Then Louis McGovern turns to his desk and makes a holophone call to Craven the LexCorp CEO. After a few minutes he turns back to Celeris and informs him that the Markovian situation will be solved in two to three days, Celeris then leaves McGovern's office laughing.

Trauma City
It's no use.
All Spencer Uri wants is to be a hero. To tag along with his best friend Shauna Fitzgerald, the Huntress, to punish those who need punishment. To defend those who can't defend themselves. It was a dream. This dream was achieved, he thought when he got the 20th Century Steel armor. But the death of a monster by his hands some weeks ago is still alive in his memory. All the blood, and the look in his eyes...
Now Spencer is sitting on a rock, looking to the horizon, evaluating his fate and his life. He has growing feelings for Shauna. Should he reveal it? And more importantly, would this not be awkward? If she never felt the same thing, she might never talk to him again. But if she feels the same...the possibilities are limitless.
A plane approaches the city's airport. Somebody is about to be thrown out here. Spencer goes to the point where people are thrown away and then hides. The person, 99% of the time, is evil. Such seems not to be the case.
A girl, looking 20 years old, wearing a jacket and a pink, form-fitting pair of pants, is pushed out of the plane. She has white hair, as well as a foul mouth, from what he can hear. It's Tempest from Outsiders, but Steel has no idea. He must just play hero once again, to defend those who can't defend themselves.
Oh, if he knew...
