Yoshi hated volleyball. Well, that's a lie. She hated volleyball with Eiichi. So she did the only thing she deemed possible, she searched for a decent volleyball team to train with.
She brushed her brown locks out of her eyes as she scanned the roads. Her toes curled with excitement as she lay her longboard down and stepped on. Propelling herself forward, she was searching. She needed a team. Somehow, somewhere, she was determined to get some kind of decent practice.
It wasn't that she wasn't athletic enough, she was just new. Having never stepped foot in Miyagi before, she was on a pair of rotting bamboo stilts while competing in a marathon. As much as she despised this disadvantage she had put herself at, it made her push herself further.
Pushing herself harder.
Her lungs filled with determination(undertale headass) as she zoomed down the road, staring at each house as it passed.
Despite her overwhelming ambition, she almost gave up for the day - keyword almost. It was becoming night, and she was thirsty. Spying a corner shop up ahead she thanked the gods for answering her prayers.
