"PERCEUES JACKSON!" Annabeth yelled for her boyfriend who was the "legendary" Percy Jackson, the son of Posidon, the God of the Sea.

"What? I didn't do anything!" Percy said quickly in defense.

Annabeth smiled and opened the door leaving the little designer boutique in  SoHo.

"Since we're done shopping..."

"Go on..."

"Why won't we go on a date?"

"Let me guess... The museum? That's down the street?"

Annabeth nodded and smiled her usual bright, radiant smile. "Yes!"

Percy looked at her as she still held her smile and a hope in her eyes.

He gave out a small, defeated sigh. "Fine."

"YES!" Annabeth smiled victoriously.

They crossed the busy street hand in hand, heading down through the crowd.

Annabeth rushed to go look at the marvelous paintings in the museum. Percy smiled at her excitement.

Minutes turned to an hour as they had looked at the many detailed, fascinating paintings that hung with pride upon the walls. There were a few sculptured statues here and there. Percy was looking st this non extroidinary one. It looked quite boring, and so he wanted to look at it and hear Annabeth complain passionately at the "art work".

Annabeth looked at it skeptically. "Oh look. It's a normal, terrified guy..." She was trying to figure out why a person would make a average, terrified guy statue. .

Percy got a closer look. "Yeah it's totally a normal average guy." He remarked busting up in laughter. Annabeth looked at him confused and smiling. She laughed a little. Percy stopped the contagious, non stopping laughter.

"What's so funny?" Annabeth asked confused of the scene he caused and embarassed by the passerbys who were staring.

Percy smiled trying to hold back his laughter but it didn't work so well.

"Perce? What's so funny about this statue?" She questioned surprised that she wasn't annoyed.

Percy shook his head. "N-nothing." He chuckled.

"I need to bring my mom here." He started busting up in a howl of laughter. Annabeth tried not to laugh. "Why?" "Because. Let's just get out of here." He started up a storm of laughter again. "Yeah. Good idea...." Annabeth looked at him in confusion and left any way.

*Time Skip*€€€€*€€€*€€€* (I HAD to drag Sally in. I think that it wouldn't be as fun without her and it'll bring Annabeth to more confusion)

"Percy? Why are we going to the museum? I'm busy." Sally Jackson complained.

"Mom, you have to see something in the museum. Trust me, it's worth your time and you're going to love it!"

Sally stared at her son confused. "What is he going on about?" She asked Annabeth. "No clue. Never told me. We were just walking by this statue and he started laughing..."

Sally rolled her eyes. "Fine... Let's go."

Percy drug his mother by her hand and led her clear across the museum to the statue that caused the enjoyment. "Look close." Percy instructed and Sally walked right up to it.

She clasped her hands over her mouth and tried not to laugh. "Oh gods... I love  his new career." Sally started busting with laughter as well did Percy.

"Told you that you'd love it!" He said. Sally was breathless and speechless from laughter. She nodded. "Definetly." Annabeth crossed her arms. "And you can't tell me what's so funny?" She asked. Sally looked at her and laughed. "N-nothing." The two said in laughter. Annabeth rolled her eyes smiling. "Let's get out of here."

"Certainly." The laughing mother and son said in unison.

+Time Skip to some years in the future+

Annabeth was laying down in bed and turned over to Percy who was half asleep half awake.

"Perce?"

"Hmm?" He responded.

"Remember our trip to SoHo?"

He nodded. "Mhmm."

"Why were you and you mom laughing so hard at that statue?" Percy's eyes widened and he sat up howling with laughter. "I almost forgot about that!" "But what's so funny about it?"

Percy smiled and looked at her glowing skin that shone in the moonlight that leaked through the window. "You wouldn't understand." He chuskled tucking a loose lock of Annabeth's blonde hair that was in a low ponytail behind her ear. "You won't ever get it." He laughed and laid back down. Annabeth smiled. "okay.." She huffed laying down. 'What is soo funny about it?!' Annabeth thought to herself. ''Guess that I'll never know..."
