Chapter 5

Once I get a text from Hyungwon I run downstairs. "Mom I'm leaving!" I wave bye to her and walk out to Hyungwon's car. He picked me up last so when I get in I sit next Minhyuk, and Kihyun is in the passenger. "You're wearing that out?" I look up at Kihyun. "Yea why?" I ask him. Kihyun and Hyungwon exchange looks. "Where are we going?" I ask Hyungwon while buckling my seat belt. "I was thinking somewhere a little fancy to congratulate you on your new job." "You don't have to do that Wonnie, just go to Burger King or something." Kihyun sighs and turns around. "We are taking you somewhere good Changkyun, you deserve it." Minhyuk smiles at me. "I'm sure you'll like it! And are you sure you wanna wear that?" I look down at my big pink sweater. "Yes," I say rubbing my thumb over the sleeve. "Alright then let's go." Hyungwon turns around and starts driving. I lay my head on the window and watch all the cars fly by. I hope they are not taking me somewhere too fancy. I don't feel like dealing with any more rich people. And that's also a lot of money to spend. "Hyungwon you said you're paying for all of us?"  I ask still staring out the window."Yes, why?" "Because it's gonna be a lot of money if we go somewhere fancy." He sighs. "Changkyun I'm not arguing about this, I'm playing for all of us okay?" I roll my eyes and then close them. "How long does it take to get there?" Minhyuk asks. "About 20 minutes." Hearing that I start to fall asleep. I didn't much sleep last night because I was really nervous about that interview.

I wake up to Minhyuk lightly tapping my shoulder. "We are here" I rub my eyes and stretch. We all get out of the car and start walking to the restaurant. The outside of it looks beautiful. The windows are big and there appears to be a couple of floors. Walking in, cool air rushes against my skin. Looking around at everyone I see that most of them are wearing suits and formal dresses. On the ceiling above there is a huge chandelier. Kihyun grabs my hand and leads me towards the front desk. "Do you guys have a reservation?" The lady behind the desk asks. "Yes, the name is Hyungwon." She flips through the pages and find his names and crosses it off. She grabs four menus from under the desk. "Follow me!" As we follow her through the tables I notice people giving me weird looks. I keep my head down and focus on my feet. She takes up the stairs to the top floor outside and sits us down. "The waiter will be right with you." I gaze around the pretty decorations and the light blue sky. "It's better at night when you can see the stars, but they didn't have room for us that late." I smile at Hyungwon. "It's okay, I like it." "Let's see what type of food they have here" Kihyun says while flipping through the menu. We all start looking through the menu too when the waiter comes over. "What can I get you guys to drink." He says while smiling at me. "I'll just have water." Minhyuk slaps my arm. "Dude, you're at a fancy restaurant and you want water? Get wine or something." I relook over the drinks, and finally come to the decision to get wine. Everyone gets wine too, except Kihyun get water also. "I'll be right back with your drinks." I nod to him and return to looking at the menu. "Anything look good to you guys?" I ask them. No one responds so I look up to see Kihyun and Hyungwon whispering to each other. "What are you guys whispering about?" Kihyun looks at me and leans in. "Jooheons here."
