A fight for a friend- Chapter 5

I decided that I would ask Sarah for her number so we could talk more. Then Sonic's son Speedy showed up.

"Hey! New kid! Listen up. Get away from my girl!", said Speedy.

Then I stood and said, "Your girl? She's not anyone's property in the first place. And why would she date a weirdo like you?"

"Weirdo? Look who's talking! Wait, no, that is not the proper term. I think wimp is!", said Speedy with slang and disapproval.

Soon enough a crowd gathered chanting, "Fight! Fight!"

"Come on wimp!", said Speedy loud enough for everyone to hear.

The crowd changed to a sudden and loud, "Ooh!"

"Alright we'll see who the wimp actually is.", I said loudly.

And right before Speedy swung at me Sarah jumped in between us.

"Stop this!", said Sarah.

And before another thing happened he gave Sarah a backhand to face.

That started the fight.

Soon enough I was so angry I turned into my Dark form and fought strongly. He swung and I caught his arm and threw him straight up and jumped up so high that I was about 2 feet above Speedy and I kicked downwards very hard. Soon after I passed out.

I awoke in my bed and sat up. I remembered the fight and not after. All I remember is beating the crap out of Speedy. That was a good memory. Soon my oldest sister came in and talked.

"You are suspended for a school week. It was going to be three but the principal thought that the fight was awesome so he shortened the time. On the other hand you beat the crap out of Speedy and broke his arm. But, he is suspended for calling names, hurting other students, and starting the fight. He is suspended for 3 weeks. Meanwhile your friend is at the door so please come down.", Carissa said as quickly as possible.

I headed downstairs to see my friend had dry blood from her nose on her lip. I don't know why but I hugged her. I told her where the bathroom was so she could wash up. After that she sat at the table and I told her what went down and the consequences. She only commented on a couple things. But otherwise she was silent. She was unconscious after she was hit so I told her with great detail. But she gave me her number and she left. I wish we could have talked more. I liked her.
