Chapter 3: Sudden Encounter

"I didn't plan to meet you like this.."

Maaga akong nakarating sa MGM building para simulan na ang aking trabaho. 'As a janitress.' Naka assign ako sa last floor where Mr. Morettis' office is located. Buong 21st floor ang office ni Mr Moretti. At habang nag lilinis ay chinecheck ko ang bawat sulok ng 21st floor.

Dahil wala pang tao dito sa 21st floor ay nagawa kong lagyan ng mga spycam at bugger ang buong floor. I know na merong mga cctv camera dito but Venice already took care of it. She is Vincent twin. She's also one heck of a hacker. Sya ang nilalapitan namin when it comes to security manipulation. She is also the organization lead tracker.

Nang matapos ko ang pag lilinis at 'other things' ay nag pasya na akong bumaba. I use the stairs para makapag exercise naman kahit papano.

When I reach the 10th floor napagpasyahan kong magpahinga muna. While resting I observe the people in the 10th floor.When someone caught my attention. A man wearing a business suit with flowery necktie. Kita sa suot nyang black suit na maganda ang kanyang pangangatawan. He also have a good looks. But..

It's not the necktie that caught my attention nor the guy. It is the knife hidden in his shoes that accidentally shows ng maglakad sya paliko sa isang alley. Konti lang ang lumitaw kaya hindi kapansin pansin ito.

Mabilis akong naglakad sa kabilang direksyon. Kabisado ko na ang floor na to dahil sa blueprint na meron ako. While walking fast I dial Venice number. "10th floor N50W."

"Room 1007." Venice said after typing something in her computer. "There are 5 men in that room. Have fun."

"Thanks Vy." Then I ended the call.

"Test specimen Collection Room." I read the rooms' category as I try to open the room. It's lock. Kinuha ko ang hairpin na nakalagay sa buhok ko at pinasok sa susian. It is a special hairpin made by Washington. 'Click.' At agad kong binuksan ang pintuan sabay kalabit sa gatilyo ng hawak kong baril.

I killed 2 people before they shoot back. Mabilis akong nakapag tago at nakipag palitan ng putok. All the guns have silencer plus the room is sound proof that's why walang makakarinig sa amin sa labas.

After nearly 2 minutes the gun shots are gone. Tumahimik na din ang buong room. I check the bodies and they are all dead. I dial  Kane number and after two rings he pick up.

"MGM building, 10th floor, room 1007, 5 bodies." Dirediretsong sabi ko pag ka sagot na pag ka sagot ni Kane. "K." Then the line died after he said that long response.

Kane is our head cleaner. The one who take care of the dead bodies that can't be found. Dead bodies will all be cremated.

I left the room afterwards. At dahil sa nangyari ay umakyat ako pabalik sa 21st floor upang masiguro ang kaligtasan ni Mr. M. I use the elevator for employees with my cleaner props. Pag dating ko sa 21st floor ay agad kong tinungo ang fire exit. I will watch him from here.

I open my tablet and connect it to all the spycam and buggers. I then saw Mr. M sitting in his chair, legs in the table while massaging his temple. From here, I can see clearly how gorgeous this man is. From his slightly knotted forehead to his aristocratic nose to his cupid bow shape lips.

Napabuntung hininga ako dahil sa tinatahak ng mata ko. Focus Thea! Sabi ni Boss bantayan hindi pagnasaan. Wala naman akong dapat ipag alala kapag nasa opisina si Mr. M dahil safe naman ang opisina nya sa 21st floor. Bullet proof naman ang ceiling to floor nyang glass where he could see the beauty of Manila Bay.

The whole morning past at wala naman nang nangyaring hindi maganda. Tumayo na ako at lumabas ng fire exit. I walk towards the elevator and press the ground floor. I'll grab some food first bago ko sundan sa date nya si Mr. M. Gutom na kaya ako!.

Mr. M will have a 'lunch date' with one of their prospect investor according to Vince. I asked Vince to get Mr. M schedule for the whole day. Para madali ko syang mababantayan. And knowing Vince you should know already that he will ask something in return. I cringe at the memory of what he asked.

I placed my order then dismiss the waiter so I can focus on my subject. I'm in the same resto where Mr. M and his date is. Nakaupo ako malapit kay Mr. M pero kita ko pa din naman sya. I can run into him if  something goes wrong.

I observe the whole resto but I can't sense any danger. But I didn't let my guard down as I devour the food in front of me. Yum!

Pag katapos kumain nila Mr. M ay nakita ko syang may inabot na folder sa kasama nya. I bet it is their business proposal. I roll my eyes when I saw that flirtarious smile that Mr. M gave to the girl. Hayssss. Ayaw ko talaga sa malalanding lalake. Nakaka bad trip.

I'm following Mr. M as he walks to the parking lot when I saw men in black near his car. Because I sense danger, I hastily grabbed his hand and pull him towards my car. Nang malapit na kami sa sasakyan ko ay bigla naman kaming pinaputukan ng mga lalaking naka itim. Scorpions.

Thanks to my reflex and cars sa paligid ay nakapag tago kami. Mr. M is still in shock habang hawak ko pa din ang braso nya. When he try to talk I hush him up. We don't have time for chit chat. We crawl until we reach my Bugatti Veyron. I open the passenger seat and forcefully push him in. At umikot na ako papunta sa driver seat. We need to get out of here. Fast.
