Knock. Knock. Knock. Three simple yet firm taps on the door drawing Nejire's attention from her emotions. She calmed herself immediately wiping stray tears from her eyes. Sitting up on her bed the blue haired female's curiosity got the better of her. "Who's there?" She questioned getting up. Once she was certain there was no sign of her moment of weakness she plastered a smile over her lips and made her way to her dorm room door. There was no response from the other side of the door.

This forced the hand of the bluenette causing her to open the door of her room. Nejire looks out towards the male standing there, her blue hues ease seeing her friend Amajiki even though the pain in her chest pulls at her. "Hey there Amajiki! Something up?" She said smiling at him, oh how it hurt to actually see him outside her room like this.

Wearing black skinny jeans, a large purple hoodie and black high tops, the elf boy looked towards Nejire only for a moment before looking away, shoving his hand back in his pockets. "Hey...Hadou..." He spoke softly looking around the hallway for a moment. "Can I...come in....?" He seemed a bit nervous or scared.

Don't do.... "Of course you can." Smiling to Tamaki standing there, Nejire moved herself out of the way to let him inside her room. Once he was in she closed the door behind him. She went over and sat on her bed using her hands to keep herself propped up on the bed behind her. "What's up Amajiki? This is an unexpected surprise." She had to admit it! It was very unexpected. "Shouldn't you be with Togata?" She asked softly.

"I needed to talk to you...." Immediately after getting into Nejire's room, Amajiki rested his forehead against her wall near the door. He kept his voice down for unwanted attention that might come with being in the female's dorm room. "Hadou...look...I'm..." The male seemed so unsure about what the right words were for this situation. "I....Look Hadou...." He continued to struggle with the words what was he going to say? "You are important....to me...y-you know?" He said glancing towards her out of the corner of his eyes.

Keeping her smile up, Nejire continued to try her best to not let the pain come through, why was her heart aching like this? Was this the best time to be doing this? She just got out of the hospital but she would hear her friend out! After all, they were still friends. Best friends even Mirio and Tamaki she had grown so close to over the years at UA. "Yeah...of course I know that Amajiki!" She forced herself to smile to be happy she had to, right?

Pulling a hand from his pocket Tamaki rubs the back of his head before walking over to the bed. He takes a seat at the edge of it. This was new to him he never had anyone like him before but he was really concerned that she was hurting and not just from the fighting yesterday that happened and whatever else. "I didn't....I never wanted to....hurt you Hadou... I never meant to hurt you..." He said, lowering his hand and looking down at his hands. "I....know you want me happy...." He finally turned his head to look at her. Concern was written on his face and worry in his eyes. "You can cry, scream....even h-hit me...all you want too right now....if it helps you f-feel better.."

He spoke to her, he knew, Nejire didn't like that he could see right through her. It made her smiling act pointless around him but yet she still kept it up. He was being honest with her and the blue haired ditz felt it was only fair to be honest back. "Amajiki, Listen...." Letting the smile drop blue hues meeting his indigo ones, Nejire reaches out to the male gripping onto his sleeve holding it tightly in her grip. "Yeah....okay.... I'm hurt. I know you didn't mean for any of this to happen... I'm not going to cry or scream and I am definitely not going to hit you. I am happy for you....it hurts that I am not the one for you...not the one to make you happy.....but I also didn't tell you because I knew deep down you didn't return my feelings..." She let it out as she held onto the fabric tighter pulling on it gently still holding back the tears. "I didn't want things to be awkward... I would rather have you as a friend than lose you as everything over my feelings..." Turning her head to look away from Tamaki, Nejire closed her eyes for a moment.

Tamaki couldn't understand how girls were so strong with situations like this, Nejire refused to break and it only seemed to make him respect her all that more. There were multiple times that he had cried and broke down over Mirio being with someone. Until the two split recently and Tamaki got with the blonde but it had been taking a toll on the bluenette, he knew it had to have been but here she was being strong. "I wouldn't let you lose me as everything, even if you tried..." He said softly, giving her a soft smile.

Breathing slowly, moving her hand from his sleeve and grabbing onto his pointed ears, Nejire tugged it gently, smiling once again at him. "You are the best friend someone could ask for you know, elf boy?"

The tugging caused him to snap out of his thoughts. His cheeks lit up red growing embarrassed and shy from the compliment. He hid himself with his jacket. After a moment of her tugging he swatted her hand away but his arms went forward coiling themselves around Nejire's slender frame pulling her close to him in a warm embrace. "I'm sorry...I'm not the best at anything...." He said softly holding her close one arm around her waist the other rested on the back of her head. "Honestly.....I don't know what Togata or you see in me to like me like you do...."

The moment his arms went around her, Nejire finally felt her smile disappear, tears swelling into the blue hues once more. She slides her arms around and grips onto the back on his jacket holding it tightly. "...Ama....jiki..." She spoke softly burying her face into his shoulder and began to sob into it for a few moments before adjusting her head so that she could be heard trying hard to keep her voice from cracking. "You are handsome....and kind...and considerate, easy to talk to, fun to be around, you don't turn your back on your friends....you are very dependable...." The more she spoke the easier it became because she started to calm down.

Tamaki's eyes softened as he held onto the crying Nejire. He had been waiting for her to finally break, the hand on her head began to pet it slowly shifting into his fingers gliding through her massive blue locks. He had wished someone was there for him each time he broke which was honestly why he came here so she wasn't alone again. He had pieced it together she left campus yesterday because on him and she was alone crying. "I'm sorry I hurt you like this....you don't deserve being hurt like this.... Hadou you don't deserve this..." He whispered to her keeping her close to him.

While Tamaki was waiting for her to break Nejire was trying to avoid. The bluenette girl never liked people seeing her upset, especially her friends. He was apologizing to her but it wasn't really his fault, it wasn't anyone's fault. Moving back she wipes her eyes of the stray tears looking towards the male and forces a smile over her lips. "We don't really plan on these things. I know you didn't plan or mean to hurt me...I fell for you it isn't like I chose to do that too...." She spoke to him hoping to keep him from feeling bad.Well, Nejire was right they didn't plan for this but something else he didn't plan on was now questioning himself. Tamaki stared at the blue haired female thinking to himself as he pushed her back gently getting up off the bed. He loved Mirio didn't he? "Hadou you should get some rest... I have kept you up long enough... I will be back later to bring you dinner okay?" He said, pulling the blanket over her. He turned and headed for the door. Was he falling for the bluenette?
