Ok, another rich man who's probably frustrated of making a thousand dollars per minute whose wife is probably at the spa right now.

<< Please Dr. De Angelis, I do this every 15 days with Dr. D'Amato, can't you just prescribe it? It's written somewhere in my medical records!>>
<< I'm sorry Mr. Atlas, see you tomorrow at 6 pm. >>
I could see the pain in his eyes, probably it's the first time in his life that somebody doesn't do what he wants but I'm the doctor and I have to be careful with things like this. Dr. D'Amato has to be proud of me when she comes back and maybe she will let me join her team.
Mr Atlas seems to be very in pain: he stands up and goes away without even saying goodbye.
