Third Person's POV
Knowing the truth, Iris kept her straight face and acted like nothing happened the next day.
"Sister Krone?" she even notice the sister acting weird this morning when she came out from Mama's office in helping the babies. "What are you doing?"
Sister Krone stood up and dust off her clothes from observing the floor just a while ago then answered, "Nothing~"
Iris raised an eyebrow, but nodded before proceeding on doing the laundry with Gilda and Emma.
-----
"Huh? Where's Don?" asked Emma as she look around.
"Come to think of it, I haven't seen him for a while," responded Gilda.
Iris just nod as a sign of agreement.
As the three girls hang the other laundries, Norman and Ray started a talk.
"...Gilda is clean. And based on the emotional breakdown we've seen from Iris last night, she's not the spy." Norman started. "Hey Ray...why do you think spies do their job?"
"Well isn't that obvious? Because there's some sort of benefit to be had from doing so, don't you think?" Ray responded. "For example, they could be offered the chance of escape shipped off and granted an opportunity to grow up to become an adult."
Norman shifted to his thinking position as he mutters, "Guaranteed safety for one's own life, huh..."

Later after doing their chores, they soon started to play again. Iris tried to force her self to close her books so that she'll join the others to 'play'.
"I see now. This was all meant to train us before the escape, huh..." Don muttered.
Iris then helped in helping the others improve. And as she observed the young children playing, she realized something.
Isn't it too troublesome to escape with all of us together? We don't even know what's outside the wall, or if there are other humans that could be our allies...
Come to think of it, I don't even know if William Minerva is still alive. The books he published recently lasted on 2015...
As time pass by and dinner was already finished, everyone prepared to sleep. Before Iris could step upstairs, Emma approached her.
As her sister ask her a favor, Iris agreed to help her. They soon started to count their steps as they walk around (a certain room) for some reason.
Iris is still in confusion as they do this until Norman came.
"Emma, do you have a moment? Iris you too. You'll soon find out so it's better to tell you now," he requested.
The girls look at each other before looking back at their brother and nodded. They walk towards the dining room and settled down.
Norman then look at Emma. "I'd like to ask your opinion about something," he started. "What if...there was a child that intentionally become the pawn of demons...and what if that child was ensured their own life by acting as a spy for them...would you leave that child behind? Or would you take that child with you?"
Iris got more confused as she stared at the two but just kept silent and...
