Louis' Pov

''How do you know where she lives?" I question Alex.

''She lives a couple of blocks away from my house dude" he replies whilst stopping at a red light.

''Really? And you never tried telling me this?" I question whilst hitting the back of his head.

''You never asked me!" He screams in pain, ''We're almost there."

The light turns green and he makes a right turn. Once he makes a turn he speeds off and stops at a stop sign.

''I think we shouldn't go see her" I chuckle quietly.

''Why?" he questions.

''Because" I mumble.

''Look, in order for this to work you have to gain her trust" he starts.

''And what better way to do it them to visit her after what happened?" he finishes.

''Yeah you're right" I breathe out.

''And anyways if you didn't want to follow through it would have been late 'cause we're here already" he smiles.

He parks his car in the driveway next to an expensive Ferrari and turns the ignition off. We unbuckle our seat belts and open the door. We walk towards the door and know on it.

We hear a the door unlock and open. We look up and see a lady no older than 30 years old. The girl has died blond hair with brown on the top, a nose piercing and half a sleeve.

''May I help you?" she questions nicely.

''Um, we're looking for Delilah and we were wondering if she lives here?" I ask.

''My daughter?" she asks with wide eyes.

''Yeah?" Alex breathes out.

''oh my, she's never gotten visitors from friends" she laughs lightly.

''Especially from two handsome boys. Are you her friends?" she smiles.

''You can say that" I smile kindly at her.

I would have never expected this from Delilah. They have the same complextion of face structure and the same warm smile.

''Come in, come in!" she laughs.

She opens the door wider for us making us step in whilst she closes the door for us. She motions us to follow her to the living room and motions us to sit down. We sit down on the black, leather sofas and look at her.

''Sorry, my name is Marilyn and your names are?" she says whilst standing up.

''Louis and Alex" we say at the same time.

She cones back with two water bottles and hands them to us. She sits down from across from us with a serious look on her face.

''Can I tell tou guys something?" she states.

''Sure" I respond.

''Are you actually her friends?"

''What do you mean?" I question.

''Look she's never had friends over. Like never. Even when she was a little girl" she starts.

''She's not really social you know?  She's awkward and shy ands that's coming out of me, her own mother" she continues.

''Whenever she came from school when she was little she would always stare at the window with a pained look on her face"

''When she started her middle and high school years I knew she was still out of place, she never went out on the weekends or weekdays, she never had friends over from school, she would just go up to her room and create music" she finishes.

I stare at her in shock and take a sip of my water because my throat dried up.

''Look I just want you guys to know that I really appreciate you guys being here" she smiles.

She gets up and goes towards the kitchen I presume. I hear her voice come from afar and I make out the words,

''If you want to go see her, she's up in her room on the left side at the very end"

We give her a thanks and walk up the stairs. We make it up to the last step when I hear a voice singing.

Can you see it?
The worst is over

The monsters in my head are scared of love

Fallen people, listen up!
It's never too late to change our luck

So don't let them steal your light
E eh eh eh eh eh eh

Don't let them break your stride
There is light on the other side

And you'll see all the raindrops falling behind

It's a revolution
Make it out tonight

It's a revolution
It's a reva, rev

Can you see it?
The worst is over

The monsters in my head are scared of love

Fallen people, listen up!
It's never too late to change our luck

So, don't let them steal your light
E eh eh eh eh eh eh

Don't let them break your stride
There is light on the other side

And you'll see all the raindrops falling behind

It's a revolution
Make it out tonight

It's a revolution
It's a reva, rev

Oh oh, ooo oh, ooo oh, ooo oh
Oh oh, ooo oh, ooo oh, ooo oh

Oh oh, ooo oh, ooo oh, ooo oh
Oh oh, ooo oh, ooo oh, ooo oh

Rev, rev, rev, rev

We stop in front of the door and knock on it lightly. The door opens and I see Delilah with some sleeping shorts and a long shirt that stop mid thigh with a messy bun.

''Lou, what are you doing here?"

-Sorry for a shitty chappy. I'll update later on in the week (also with The Player and The Princess)
